What if you're lactose intolerant? What's do you recommend?

some people tolerate whey protein isolate well even if they are lactose intolerant. However, if you are very sensitive to lactose you can opt for plant-based protein options like pea or rice protein.

whey concentrate does not digest quicker than whey isolate😭

Whey concentrate should not be taken after workout. Whey isolate should be taken 30min after for maximum effectiveness and muscle repair. Great video but it seems you got the two backwards at times

Neither matter. Studies shows that the most important is the overall protein intake throughout the day rather than when to take it
