No bro you are not allowed to be volunteer for special forces until you completed 4 years and got permanent cadre . After getting permanent cadre you are allowed to join elite garud forces .

Yes your eligible but you can't join through AFCAT. Only way to join is CDS and then you can become iaf pilot.... The same ans got clarified after 3yrs... You are lucky
