"Fried" meat (in animal fat, no super inflammatory veggie oils... they oxidize and are full of omega-6s) is very healthy. Three years on keto (80% fat, 20% protein, no carbs) and I'm the healthiest I've been since... elementary school lol. It's not a diet though, but a therapeutic lifestyle. People that do keto for weight loss don't know what they're doing most of the time. P.s: I wouldn't drink the alcohol. Some do on keto, but I find it counterproductive (the body will halt ketone burning to burn the alcohol because it's basically toxic)... also you get smashed way too fast when you are in ketosis.

I LOVE eggs on my burger!! I once made this burger with tomato, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes all drenched in holenday sause and hot sause. There was also one I made with grilled cheeses as buns, lettuce, tomato, bacon, more cheese, smothered in ketchup.
