Y’all doing it wrong: Ayesha Curry has the exact same recipe as a regular restaurant: you need a thick cut with good fat content Gordon Ramsay has the same recipe as Ayesha Curry minus the oven for thinner home steak, thyme vs Rosemary to taste Porowski has a steak that belong in a taco and is probably a skirt or flank They don’t work with the same cut so you can’t compare them side to side

@Queen Boo Constructive criticism: the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one. @@lyzie1496 Yup. Unless your really careful and your pan is screaming hot, there is no way to get a good sear on a steak that thin and expect medium rare. And even then, it's dicey. With Ramsey's French butter baste with garlic and herbs, everything would be burnt in a pan that temp. Nothing like the taste of burnt butter and garlic on overcooked steak.

I think if the celebrities did the cooking on there own like on the channel, that would taste much better, cuz I know they take ingredients perfectly and everything but it's their recipe and they know how to do it.

"Where's The Beef" I prefer my steak prepared in a little olive oil, butter. But having a steak swimming in garlic, spices, jalapeños, limes, ultra amount of butter... yuck, why spoil the taste of good beef by masking it. For those who like all those extra masking flavors, just do it on a piece of toast. Will taste the same for you.
