I might be tempted by Shenhe just cause of how rare she is, but i'm a newer player and don't really have other cryo characters atm for her to buff i don't think. I do plan on getting Citlali, and Ayaka seems like a fun character to get eventually, also recent rumors that Skirk might be cryo, so idk.

The Jade spear and the Amos bow you can get that in either the weapon or the standard banner.

What can you get as 4* on this banner? Is it just the Liyue 4*? what about weapons?

Yeah for the four star characters it's only those from Liyue. As for weapons I recommend focusing on the rare signature weapons if you're going for those the Jade spear and the Amos bow you can get those on the weapon or standard banner they're not worth it.

I’ve been wanting the primordial jade cutter for too long. But Hoyoverse got greedy and released Mavuika, Citlali, Arlecchino in one update, plus Neuvillette for his C1 now. Someday, the weapon will be in a weapon banner.

The fact they added Shenhe on the banner really pisses me off. I'm 10 away from guaranteed Citlali but I guess I can use the primos for cits weapon to hear since Citlali prob will run thrilling or another support weapon. I have Shenhe weapon already.

I think i’ll go for Baizhu. I want them all but have only ~100 wishes so i have to chose. And if there are good 4* i would sacrifice Baizhu for them cuz many 4* with con >> one 5* with no con imo
