I like the gloves maybe wear cotton next time. They'll compliment the parts more plus look good on camera. Love your vids

Hey Thanks Big Sam! Is it possible to have a 91/30 ishev dated 1929?

They aren't true 91/30 as the '30 model wasnt produced until I believe 1931. They are previous models like the Dragoon that have been converted.

Hmu if you got your finger skin inder the kocking piece when you pulled the lock safe while it was off the rifle 😂

I find it next to impossible to pull the knod back to lock the firing pin into the locked safety position. Or am I wrong, this is not safety but some other purpose.?
@georgeparkins7778 ай бұрын
No, it's definitely the safety/bolt lock. It's meant to be operated while wearing leather gloves.

I have a M39 VKT. Likewise, the bolt knob was VERY (and I do mean VERY hard, barely do-able) hard to pull back, whether trying to strip the bolt assembly, trying to put on the safety, or lifting up the bolt handle after having fired the rifle. I replaced the firing pin spring with a new aftermarket spring. That cured all the above problems and functions perfectly.
