I've secured admission in a Masters in Physical Activity and Health Promotion in Italy and also applying for Masters in Germany. Hi Aryan, I assume you aim to apply for a masters program. In that case, you need your bachelors transcripts, degree, internship certificate, 2-3 academic references, statement of purpose, a brief outline of your research project and fees (20-30k Canadian dollars per annum). Hope that helps.

I would suggest applying on your own or via UniAssist (that most people use). That works well and you can apply to multiple universities to increase your chances of getting a place. Hope that helps.

I would then suggest you to conduct a nice, high-quality systematic review instead of doing a primary RCT. Systematic reviews (if properly executed) help you to learn a lot and also have higher chances of publication and citation later. So I would suggest to contact one of your professors who is proficient in conducting a systematic review and you can progress from there onwards. It’s not usually recommended to take an MPT in distance mode as you don’t get the required exposure and theoretical/practical experience in research methods. However, you could still try applying for PhD if your marksheet doesn’t mention distance mode and you have the required research experience.
