They managed to show that the new generation of Norwegians ( being born in 1999 when refugees from Serbia/Albania/Kosovo came to Norway) really do think the countries and the people are equally amazing. I remember being in high school (I’m born in 97) and kids that were 1 generation post Kosovo war kids raised in Norway were all put in the same class from a very young age, forcing the parents to get along and surprisingly it worked (most of the time). Big hugs to the post Soviet countries & may everyone get along❤️

Italians in general prefer other mediterranean countries(Spain, Greece,France, Portugal).A small minority prefer scandinavia because the culture/wheather Is very different from what we are used to.

@@alegeraci7643 Pretty much. All Mediterranean countries prefer the Mediterranean in terms of the environment. People just love Scandinavian countries because of how advanced they are politically and their super high standard of living. You can especially see how people from the Balkans can appreciate that.

@@universetraveler5826 You interpret Scandinavia at face value, nearly every 'standard of living' metric is directly the result of high taxation and the countries (such as Norway) having an extremely small population that allows for countries to function without Byzantine levels of government: similar to Singapore. There is also the issue that Scandinavia has a lower gdp per capita relative to cost of living than the US, but they pretend cost of living doesn't exist to make their country seem wealthier than the US.

I'm from Turkey and I was in Iran for the first time last month. Previously all of my travels have been to Europe to various countries and it was my first time travelling east. It was great! Especially the people were pretty awesome! For sure I will visit there again and stay longer next time. Everyone should definitely check it out.
