Which Country Has the BEST Quality of Life in 2025?

I am seeing videos stating the opposite, saying Canada and Ireland are NOT good and with Ireland specifically because the healthcare is very bad. I am now questioning where this video's author got the data from because I am finding this video difficult to believe now. Hopefully I am wrong because I would like to perhaps live in Ireland but not if I can't get healthcare access.
