It depends on who you ask. Most normal men are interested in sex. Some guys treat women with respect and court them until the time and place for sex is appropriate and the desire is consensual. Mean while, other guys will catcall, stare, send inappropriate photos, be rude, and be disrespectful to women not interested in them.

I think that in Buddhist countries like Thailand etc. many things are seen as perverted, I would describe it briefly like this. Anything that goes against the will and consent of another person could be considered perverted, such as rape. But in general, regardless of the country, sex with animals is considered perverted.My grandmother, who died in the 1960s, already considered women's miniskirts, bikinis, light and fresh clothing to be perverse. 😀
