In Hawaii it's not uncommon to refer to people who are close to you as your cousin. Lilo probably started to call them his cousins to make reference to them being connected to Stitch. It's also not uncommon for shows to use different words for somethings other than their translation into other languages when airing in other countries.

5:11 - 5:15 we DID see 628 Hydrated. Experiment 628 WAS Leroy. Jumba had started creating Leroy before the last movie and finally Finished. One of the Writers for the show confirmed this. Saying that the plan they had for 628 would eventually become the Base for the script of Leroy & Stitch. Also, you forgot Experiment 629 Dark End from the Stitch spin off show. That experiment was so strong it single-handedly took down over a dozen of Stitch's cousins at the same time, Including Angel & 627(later given the name Evile), before beating the snot out of Stitch. It was built to not have any weaknesses. it wasn't until Stitch unlocked his FULL potential that he was able to Defeat Dark End. Even then however, Stitch still collapsed from his injuries after the battle was over. He only barely won.

No, Leroy has been confirmed to be 629 in official media. 628 was completed and dehydrated. Leroy's planned schematic had existed in Jumba's lab BEFORE the lab was removed from him. 627 and 628 were created while Jumba was on Earth and Leroy became 629 because he was created AFTER them. I think the most powerful cousin is Lilo! She did what Jumba thought impossible ("This little girl is wasting her time! 626 cannot be taught to disrupt its destructive programming.") and tamed Stitch! If it weren't for her and her Ohana, Stitch wouldn't be the little blue furball we all know and love! You can argue that this was only possible because Stitch was avoiding getting caught; but I argue that, even without Jumba and Pleakly, Stitch was smart enough to know he needed food and shelter and that Lilo and Nani (the two natives) were the only ones who could willingly supply it given the circumstances.

It is possible that tractor beams can only lock onto objects of a certain size, and the growing tank was an issue because while he could wipe out non-advanced civilizations, his growth just made him an easier target for more advanced civilizations. Still think 624, is the best one. She still has a good amount of strength as far as I remember, but being able to turn ANYONE older than her evil was huge. Remember it didn't just work on her cousins but her song worked on Jumbu as well. And considering most civilizations are built on the backs of older individuals rather than younger it is possible she could make whole armies destroy themselves.

I'd still say 626 is probably the most dangerous because he was programmed without a direct flaw or weakness outside of density issues, something just about every other experiment suffered from. Unlike the others, his design wasn't purely for a singular purpose, he could adapt if need be and he wasn't given a glaring shut-down flaw to control it.

stitch has JUST the right set of powers, intelligence and weaknesses, to be virtually unstoppable if he REALLY wants to... out of all experiments bevore and after him, stitch could fight allmost all of his cousins and win... sure, there were cousins that he needed help with, but even leroy and 627, were ultimately defeated by what he did... stitch doesn´t have powers like the rest of his cousins, but he doesn´t need to... he is jambas greatest invention ever... especially, since he broke out of his own programming... sure, tank was an enemy he didn´t defeat.. but that was because lilo didn´t let him find a way... off course, there are a few of hard counters like remmy... but even then, i think stitch could defeat them... eventually... despite 627 being twice of everything stitch had, stitch held out pretty well... and even against leroy, he fought him on allmost equal levels... stitchs greatest power is, that he is so ballanced... not too much, and not too little... my two cents...

The only problem I have with this is that everyone needs to have certain situations in order to beat stitch. Leroy and 627 have terrible weaknesses that honestly completely cripple them. Stitch is practically indestructible and would eventually gas 627, while Leroy is almost a perfect clone of stitch meaning that they would stalemate unless stitch finds a speaker and the disk. All in all you can pick and choose buts it’s like saying oh aqua man beat Superman when they were deep underwater once so aquaman is more powerful. In a flat 1v1 with no playing to strengths. Stitch is without a doubt the the “most powerful” and is only rivaled my Leroy and day on those bad days 627

The only thing I find a bit hard to believe is the experiments all fell from Gantus ship in space, and yet somehow they all end up in the exact same location? Sorry but I call bull on that, I will say though Splodiehead vs Slushy was actually a pretty epic battle along with pretty much the entire finale of Leroy and Stitch, seeing all of the experiments come together for one final battle was awesome and probably my favorite part of that movie. However I did not like what they did to Angel in The Stitch spin-off shows where they basically just turned her into this Miss Piggy style Diva, but then again the Stitch anime shows are something we don’t really like to talk about.

I'm gonna say that Holio is the strongest. Turning into a black hole in a battle royale would end the battle immediately. The only reason that cousin was stopped was because of jumba's deus ex machina. Even if Angel were to control it, once it activates its ability, bye bye everyone.

Tank's weakness is, ultimately, his reliance on metals. In industrialized areas on planets that use metal he has plenty of resources to work with, and can grow immense in a short period of time. However, if put in a jungle, uninhabited area, or a society that has been founded on an alternative to metal (perhaps they rely on a variety of plastics or use biotechnology instead) he really can't do much. What we see with Tank is him put into a near-optimal situation for his abilities. The only way he could've had a better scenario is if he were in some futuristic city wherein basically EVERYTHING is composed of metal.

I like to think that 628 is just like 627, except he acquires powers from experiments he has killed--following "Megaman" rules. This is in contrast to "Ben 10" rules where 627's abilities from 20 other experiments came stock.

I couldn’t help thinking of experiment 0 I believe is his title, but what I’d really love is an analysis of 625 (Reuben), because he never actually went evil, and while he was kind of invented as a joke to always provide food he also is right next to stitch and that has to be more than a throw away. He just always seemed more advanced in the way of understanding that being evil didn’t get him anything back, something stitch figured out by being with lilo.

Cool discussion, though I think you forgot one important detail about Tank. In the episode "Snafu" he is shown shrunk back down to his original size so in theory if Tank was deprived of eating metal he can be defeated.

I hate to say it, but in the movie that Leroy is made in, jumba says to name him 627, but gantu says "you already made a 627" which means Leroy is 628 and we haven't seen 627. Go watch the scene in jumbas lab during the Leroy and stitch movie, it's right after Lilo tells them to leave and not stay for her.

Well I think that You are right in the sense that Stitch strength is universality. I mean: there are scenarios in which one or other would get advantege, maybe even gigantic adventage over him, but they all have some more or less exploitable weakness... and often not much of a way to cover that or counteract others use of them. Stitch on the other hand has no glaring weakness and his abilities help him usually cover also these situations where others get advantege over him. Even when he loses, he can learn a way to change that. But when we would consider what they actually could do in the real scenarios... stitch on its own (yeah I know he has friends and family, but it doesn't change that much in regard to what I'm talking about) can wreck havoc and massive chaos but... despite much resources needed he ultimately can be stopped or isolated. Ultimately as single entity, rather not capable of raise an army or command some actual military forces, or being a great evil mastermind or anything like that... he won't cause this much trouble and destruction. He's unstoppadble in any one on one fight (and in these he isn't... he's able to find a way to become so) but when it come to action on massive scale... some experiment may actually do more. The one, who in big picture is able to do the most is... Angel. Her ability of controlling other experiments (but was it really "control"? I more remember it to being told as "turning evil"... though they seem to obey her...) give her ability to create quite a powerfull army, and as much as we don't know if she posses great tactical or strategic abilities, having such servants alone is a great power and open her to possibilities even bigger than all other experiments (because even with slightest commanding skills there would be some synergy) and she isn't bad in one on one fight either. It wasn't directly stated, but in fight capabilities and physical proves she didn't seem to be so much worse than stitch. I mean if 625 could be almost as powerfull as Stitch then how we are believed she wouldn't be close to that? I believe that in one on one fight with stitch it would be quite equal battle - sure stitch would probably won, but it would be very hard to him(and I'm not counting his feelings to her). She also seem at similar intelligence level to him, meaning she is actually powerfull ever without her voice. I'd say without her voice she still can be about 80% as powerfull as Stitch. So all in all she would be most powerfull. Outside of controlled environment (like forcin one on 1 battles) I think she is almost sure to win.
