All and all his path is from 100 - 100 and it stayed at that level for 16 years, can you say the same for more than 2/3 managers who can stay at that level….. He values consistency with less moments of luck than knockouts with largely based on the day with huge fortune! That's why he is consistently successful. He gives importance to the every match he manages and try to improve everytime his players steps on the field. For him any player need to do it again and again and again. Not score once in the knockout here and there then doing nothing. That's how football works and should be valued. Not based on moments only.
