Plymouth is definitely the only irreplaceable DR ship. Its wild that a ship with so much damage has such amazing buffs. Every other vanguard in the game is tremendously jealous.

Keep in mind that when Kimo says you don't need a tank, what he means is if you have tons of Fleet Tech bonuses you don't need a tank. I still find Agir very useful as a tank.

Get your purple BBs and CV LMed. backline give more tech points then vanguard.

In the end, time is just the most efficient way to get tech points. You can grind like mad to get coins and bulins to max Limit Break your current ships, but you can also chill a bit and just be more patient as you get new ships for tech points over the course of time.

You can get easier iron blood tech points they give more bismark and tirpitz give 40 collection and 80 limit break tech point and also more when u reach120 level

Say what you want, I'm sitting on a MOUNTAIN of Agir plates to have her at fate Sim 5 on DAY ONE. So she can be restored to her rightful place as queen of the vanguard. ....though it might still be a co-queen role. I can't deny Plymouth what she's earned.

Vanguard = Plymouth, Main = Kearsarge. I actually use Brest in Chap 15 as the mob tank.

i'm curious if you could do something similar or maybe just a community post of a similar list for "new" players / less well stocked players who haven't been in every event. for instance you said fdg isn't as good because of the other competitive bb's but if you lose shinano, mushashi, new jersey, vanguard etc or if you still need a tank because you don't have high enough output to just blitz the later maps without yorktown2, zwei, shimakaze etc. how would the priority change? say exclude all event ships.
