it's called the uk radio edit because the radio stations in th uk couldnt handle the little bit of "screaming" in the bridge so they asked them to record a new bridge.

I like both. The original fits best though. It gives the song the AFI screamo we all like. The UK version is pretty good too. So I guess I agree with p0is0nbl00d.

i think they should have combined them and just made the uk radio edit bridge another verse. like after the last whoa oh oh of the uk radio edit they should have started the original bridge.

when did it become known as the "UK" radio edit, i thought it was just a radio version, i've heard the radio version when the song first came out. it wasnt till recently (the past month or so) where i noticed that they play the regular album version

no. blaqk audio is just davey and jade's side project. they're in both bands. and its not an album, it's an ep. its basically songs they recorded during sts and dug tht never made it on the albums. tho i heard they had to rerecord all the sts stuff because they aren't with dreamworks anymore or something.

Musically I like the style of the UK version more than the original, lyrically I think it's pretty clear which version dominates...or at least I think it does; the original. It seems as though they took those signature beautiful lyrics of Davey's and switched them out for something more mainstream and poppy...that bugs me.
