The sword terminators are SO FUN, but the missile terminators are horrible. There is nothing more frustrating than getting in melee range and then they proceed to do NO MELEE and spam missiles like five times.

I like the Hive Tyrant a lot too, it has many different mechanics all in one fight. Also it's cool that he already starts in a badly wounded state, as a Hive Tyrant in full health would rip apart any 3 space marines :D

Probably the Carnifex. It's quite a simple enemy but it can still be a challenge.

Helbrute is the sole reason I ever que up a Chaos mission and wish there were more like him in the Chaos roster. Him, the Carnifex, and the sword terminators are a blast to fight with how offensive they are and in how rewarding it is to watch and read their attacks.

I get hyped when a Hellbrute appears. It would be cool if exacutions could include team mates on bigger enemys since the animation is so damn long.

I love fighting all the tyranids except zoanthropes. I fucking hate their attacks that go through walls and shit. I hate the chaos enemies as well, I avoid their missions at all costs. If every operation they added from here until the end of service was purely tyranids I would be a very happy man indeed. We all know that pulling tyranids apart is much more satisfying than shooting at empty metal suits of armour while getting shot at from every single direction. The game is at its very best when you're cleaving your way through a sea of tyranids, no argument against that. That said, my absoluite favourite enemy to fight is the lictors or whip warriors.

I'm my opinion farming the hive tyrant solo will force you to improve at the game. Making you dodge, parry, and dps also improve your situation awareness. Best trainning dummy.

I wish they added a practice arena to learn these fights. It kinda sucks to have to do an entire solo operation to try and practice the last fight and then die.

Yap, that chacks. Hive Tyrant, Liktor, Carnifex, Tyranid Warriors (especialy with dual bone swords), even Ravenor and Neurothrope for a good measure. And now imagine what if we have Orks is SM2, dueling with Nobz and Killa Kans would be sweet.

Carnifex... Hands down assault was built to destroy them and this new blocking mechanic makes it even easier with my build

I used to hate the hive tyrant until the dodge windows got longer every parry and strike feels so good I love playing assault and dancing around his attacks

Unpopular opinion, I like fighting the tzangoor enlightened, as an assault main watching tactical with grenades or heavies and snipers look like headless chickens whilst I shred them with just a bolt pistol and parrys is satisfying 😂

Carnifex, Helbrute, Tyrant...the bigger the better. And strictly in melee of course😁 Out of extremis I prefer raveners. Since I always use block weapons I just block his 3-hit combo and nuke his ass. But also...you see, there's 7 cleaving potential on the blocking power sword. And 6 on blocking hammer. Against waves of minors these weapons feel like literal lawn mawers.

Hive Tyrant cuz it's a Big Boss. Unfortunately there is only one in this game. All other bosses are more like stage gimmicks.
