It's not correct to say they are worst branches, even doing these branches in top NITs/IITs far better than doing CSE/ECE at state government or private colleges. Respected Sunder Pichai sir from Metallurgy is now in Google. Now don't excuse that every one can't be Sunder Pichai. Hiding comments or not allowing the person to comment on the channel is not the solution, reality is reality.

Google doesn't hire people for metallurgical engineering post...Sundar pichai was from metallurgy but kya usne metallurgy se related kisi company mein placement liya?!..No❌... instead he learned programming and took software related role...branch change ke chakkar mein rahoge toh risk hain, branch change nahi hua toh 4 saal ke liye phas jayoge...aur agar koi lower branch mein admission le liya toh programming ka kaam alag se seekhna padega.

Actually these is not true completely.if you don't get IIT /NIT and after getting a degree from pvt college and you have a great opportunity to go PSU like iocl,Bhel,Coal India,HPCL or many others through the GATE exam but CSE/ ECE haven't these chance!

भाईसाहब बच्चों को गुमराह मत करो, टॉप iit से lower branch में इंजीनियरिंग करने के बाद भी बच्चों के 50 50 लाख के पेकेज हैं। प्राइवेट कॉलेज से कंप्यूटर साइंस में इंजीनियरिंग करके 3.5 लाख के पैकेज से तो अच्छा है की टॉप iit, nit से lower ब्रांच में इंजीनियरिंग करके अच्छे पैकेज लिए जा सकते हैं।

You should say that these streams have less market in India instead of saying worst stream. Now IT field is growing in India, but not everyone wants to go in IT field. ENGINEERING is passion and every engineering is the best but some has good market in India and some has not much. But it is not like they are worst. Yes money is important but don't influence people to enter in the Engineering field by Money.

They don't have "less market". The nature of jobs in these fields have changed. Since college syllabus is outdated, people don't know this and keep on studying that raddi syllabus. These are core branches. They will never be outdated as long as you have electricity, computers, machines, and building structures.

बहुत उम्दा विडियो.....2012 में जब मैं अपने बेटे को कोचिंग के लिए कोटा भेजा उस दौरान other state के कई बच्चों से मिलने और बात करने का मौका मिला जिनमें अधिकांश बच्चों के future में cse branch से engg करने की आकांक्षा का पता चला जिसे मैंने अपने बच्चे के लक्ष्य के रूप में गांठ बांध ली और कोचिंग के बाद जब अच्छे govt कॉलेज में सिर्फ civil, mechanical का ब्रांच ऑफर हुआ तब मैंने अच्छे कॉलेज और सस्ती फीस को avoid कर banglor में cse branch के लिए बिना किसी लागलपेट के high fee structure में Pvt college में addmission करा दिया और finally आज बच्चा 23 की उम्र में passout कर तीन वर्ष के अनुभव के साथ एक usa based co में कार्यरत है.... कोटा में मिले अन्य राज्यों के बच्चों के लक्ष्य को मैने पैशन बना लिया और 2+4 वर्ष के कठिन परिश्रम के बाद यह सपना साकार हुआ

Being a chem engg. I can say it's not a bad branch because most of the top energy psu's are run by chemical engg. but if you want to be in private sector the placement package won't be that high unless you go for masters

This sir quite true about Automobile engineering you never get a satisfy amount of salary from automatically company and every interval of time there recession come (your job at risk). Only few MNC and OEM give good salary but not comparing with IT company
