5:16 Shiryu and Kuma coliseum have that insta kill mechanic based on his ATK soo for killing mob stages could be usefull, Tamago also have the tap timing buff and Magellan coliseum for the poison 8:00 Akainu Fuji also have the insta kill based on ATK

No one is realistically using insta-kill specials often enough to warrant that in my opinion. Akainu & Fujitora could be worth but still not really required.

I LLB'd the DEX TM Kaido, and he's great with all the added stats considering his huge self-buffs.

I would also include V1 TM Luffy and Luffy/Hancock, due to them having 300x damage dealing special multipliers. I was gonna include Colo Oven, but his damage is random. Also, TM Weevil is another character worth level limit breaking.

The luffy g4 tm is only damage to one enemy

Weevils tap timing is negligible. Luffy & Hancock is a maybe, they're not used for their damaging special entirely.
