Only 3 choices imo--Himeko, Bronya and Clara. If you don't have any, they're great to have. Their E1's are very good with Bronya's being the most impactful and making her less SP negative, Clara making her mark of counter not disappear so her skill is always has the 2x potency, and Himeko give 20% SPD (equal to about 5-6 Speed rolls) everytime she procs Victory Rush, her FuA.

I wanna emphasize though, ONLY if you like Bronya she is the most impactful!! She was and has been so hyped since the very beginning, because she was (and still is) really strong. BUT, the moment I finally got her E1 (and S1 in the meantime) I realized: I just don't like her. The speed tuning, which you have to adjust every character according to her, the fact that she still is a little RNG if you use her with DHIL for example, the way her ult buff and skill buff duration is less forgiving than most newer supports... i would just say: go with the character you like most. other than Himeko, I wouldn't say any one of them is really super relevant anymore, not even for newer players. just pull the newest / current DPS/Support, and they're probably better.

As a Clara main (E5), E1 is important to her. at max skill level, she does 120% AOE damage + 120% more for the enemies with the mark, so it incentivizes to use the skill. It is a very good eidolon, but you should only go for it if you want to play her.

E1 Clara is good IF YOU GET IT NATURALLY. You shouldn't get it actively, but it is surprisingly good in fights of endurance, especially when Clara is the last girl standing in SU/DU and you're missing that 0.1% HP on the enemy

I think Welt e6 is genuinely cracked, his e6 give him an extra hit on skill, an extra talent proc and 13 extra energy when combined with e2, giving him a permanent 2 turns ult at minimum

If you actually build him for it, his E6 is relatively on par with E2 dhil as a DPS. He can get a 2 turn ult with that E6 and E2. The extra hit also makes his damage scary Enemies also never move so that's a thing

Ever since I started playing the game, I have always been in awe with Himeko's character design and ult animation and I always wanted to get her (I chose Bronya in the 300 pull character selector btw) but I always lose to Bailu (she's E4 now) so now that we are getting a free 5 star selector I can finally get the character I enjoy the most gameplay wise. It's great that Himeko is finally getting the love and recognition she deserves and I hope to get more copies of her even if I lose the pity multiple times ^_^

@@ananditamazumdar E1 Clara allows her Mark to remain on the targets after she uses her skill. The Marks are applied when Clara counters against an enemy and when Clara uses her skill against an enemy with Mark, it essentially does double damage to that target. EOD makes a point that E1 isn't great for Clara because Clara is generally built slow and therefore wouldn't use her skill nearly as often. That's true, but if Clara is E1, it more or less allows her to deal double damage with her skill every time she uses it rather than occasionally (because enemies would attack, get countered, get a Mark, Clara uses skill, removes Mark, and then rinse and repeat) - Clara might take a second turn before the enemy has a chance to attack and to get Mark reapplied (like if they were Weakness Broken, for example). As for E1 Clara or E1 Bronya, it really depends on who you're using. E1 Bronya is definitely better but that's only if you use her - with Sunday coming out soon, potentially, Sunday may just replace Bronya completely on the team OR you could play BOTH Sunday and Bronya together. With E1 Clara, again, it depends on if you use her, however, I must say that Clara in general isn't the greatest option and her position on the team can potentially be replaced with anyone else who is a DPS because she doesn't do anything that's too unique except 'taunt' enemies which may or may not provide any value.

E4 Bronya is actually really really clutch if you are using Gallagher as your sustain/sp generator since now Gall doesn’t have to skill to heal Bronya, just have someone attack a wind weak unit and Bronya can heal.

Gepard has absolutely nothing to defend your team against crowd control so I'd say the effect res from his e4 is very welcome. It's not Aventurine level but at least you won't be as likely to get debuffed by enemies. Another thing is that, even though Gepard does have some slight aggro directed to him, he's still most likely going to be the one to die last in the team so I don't think that his e6 is good in practice. Clara e1 though is not going to have an overwhelming presence in practice but it does help her a bit if you are playing her in MoC and since it is a stepping stone to her other more valuable eidolons I'd say it's a good idea to get Clara e1 if you have the other's checked out. Himeko e4 is good but since she doesn't have an overstack mechanic I'd say this is closer to Clara e1 level but without being a significant stepping stone to better eidolons. Yanqing probably has his best eidolons in e4 since it's the one that buffs him the most but he's not valuable as a dps in today's standards. Welt is really only niche to being a pseudo susutain and Bailu I can only see using Penacony planar set to buff lightning damage dealers like Jing Yuan and Aglaea later on. Aside from that she's an okay healer but is still niche due to her lack of cleanse. Bronya is good but might become a lot less relavant for those looking to pull Sunday since he literally does everything Bronya does but better. I'm pretty sure any character that still uses Bronya is immediately replaced by Sunday now: Boothill, Seele, Jingliu, and of course Jing Yuan is massively buffed by Sunday but he didn't use Bronya even when he was newly released.

Interesting video. I will address two things: -E6 Welt is amazing and I'm surprised that it was dismissed so easily. E0 skill does 3 hits, 10 energy per hit. E2 gives 3 energy when his talent is triggered. E6 gives his skill an extra hit for a total of 4. Math time: (4 hits x 10 energy) + (4 hits x 3 energy) = 40 + 12 = 52 ENERGY from a single skill used on Slowed enemies. Welt can also potentially get a lot of energy after popping his ultimate because it's AoE. He can deal concentrated damage against single targets (and shred toughness if the target is weak to imaginary). He has crazy energy regen in AoE situations. It's crazy! -E1 Clara is great if you use someone to make her fast or take more turns. Using skill more often + still doing the same counter damage = more damage overall.

Ranking standard 5 star based on their performance at E6 (Personal opinion so don't take this seriously, ps biased on Welt and Himeko 😂 just for funsies tbh 😆) Himeko: Speed and FuA go brrrr, also more breaks and energy for her. Good for Crit/Hybrid/Superbreak, my E0S3 hybrid Himeko 2 cycled the first half of Moc (Yes i got 3 copies of Milky Way 💀) Still at E0 Clara: E6 is BONKERS ngl, putting her in off element actually a pretty good idea, Luocha value also goes up, but any sustain is usable with her. 50% chance to do a Svarog Punch everytime an ally is hit is something else. Currently at E1 Welt: Skill and Ult spam, Extra bounce and Energy and Dmg, actually good as a dps, VERY good with Acheron (ik jq exist but i don't have jq.). Also he's a Chad at 80+ y/o he's him guys 🔥🗣️ Currently at E0 Bronya: Cuz she's Bronya (tho Sunday is coming out soon, and he's an upgrade of her.). Also good with Feixiao in wind weak stage/enemies. Currently at E1 Bailu: Dmg% and Dmg reduction, Sadly still no Cleanse, also more revive, she's actually good if the enemy has no cc debuff (or debuff in general.). Still at E0 idk how lmao Idk how to rate Gepard and Yanqing tbh so im putting them both at the last place, here's why: Gepard: His E1 is nice but E2 till E6 is bad, Trust me when i say E6 Gepard is gonna be the only one standing without Landaus or Moment of Victory, his trace and E6 is USELESS if he's the only unit standing, he's supposed to be keeping your team alive, not being the only one alive. Also i have E3 Gepard, istg if i get another one ima kms Yanqing: Him at E6 is actually good, but it's just too... Conditioal, even his base kit is RNG, E6 needs you to kill an enemy, and even then it only last for a turn. There's E0S1 Jingliu you can get, but you can main him if you like him (i actually like his play style.). Currently at E0 (Cope) Aglea as a new Standard character maybe? 👀 Just in case, holding on to it might be a better idea...

I started playing Star Rail for Himeko (and Kafka) and it took me until Rappa's banner to finally get a copy of her. I then used my standard banner selector on Clara. I'm a bit salty that the 2 standard characters I like the most were the last ones I got from the roster. Now that I got all the standard characters however, this selector is less valuable for me. Especially since I already got like E2 Bronya and E2 Welt. I'd much rather get more gold tickets for Fugue, Herta and Aglaea. Not sure which one's more valuable but I'll probably go for E1 Himeko or E1 Clara.

My Bronya luck has been absurd, so the 300-pull selector from the Standard Banner has already gotten me to E6, while the rest are at E0 or E1. Her E4 is surprisingly good, giving her a little bit more energy and allowing her to contribute some toughness damage against the right enemies. Feixiao in particular appreciates the additional stacks towards her Ult, so combined with Robin and a QPQ Gallagher, Bronya's E4 has perfect synergy with the team. E6 is also exceptional, giving her 100% buff uptime in most cases. FUA units and Jingliu appreciate this the most, since they are very prone to losing her DMG% buff. I think EOD might be undervaluing Clara's E1 a little bit. Sure, her Skill isn't the majority of her damage, but it's noticeable when enemies don't have the Mark on them. If you're playing her with Sparkle or Robin (and you're ideally using at least one of them), then the Action Advance can cause you to lose the Mark very easily. My Clara is E0, but I'm planning to get Yunli on her re-run, so I don't have much incentive to pull any Eidolons for Clara. My Himeko is E1, and I don't care all that much about her E2, but it gets me one step closer to E4 and E6. That will be my choice for this selector. I don't much care about the rest of them.

how is e2 bronya not S tier ? you can run the dps with atk boots and make them reach 134+ with that eidolon and since u spam E that buff is perma on the dps ive been doing that with acheron as shes 107 spd but hits 136 spd with that eidolon making me play -1 bronya.

e6 welt actually lets him get consistent 2 turn ults with atk rope instead of ERR, as well as the biggest dmg increase for his eidolon, but unlikely many will get him there. You can run him as a full dps at this point and with good supports can see good dmg output.

e1 clara is great if you're like me and you play her hypercarry with 160 speed sparkle lol. if they add aglaea to standard I might go for her, but I also just don't think I'll have enough pulls to make a good summon team. so I might just go for e2 clara to get a step further in my e6 clara main dreams. Unironically if you're undecided, just wait it out. The selector stays until 5.3 i think? so you have a lot of time and a lot of characters to pull for that you might lose the 50/50 to, so just wait and hey, if you get a bronya e1 you can safely pick the himeko you're missing.

I think this video really undersells e0 gepard particularly for new accounts who failed to roll gallagher. If you have himeko clara bronya a new player without gallagher will get more out of gepard than their eidolons. Between gepard and lynx you can sustain 2 teams and are no longer pressured to save pulls for a limited sustain. He's worse in the long term frame of >1 year of play, but in the short term of maybe the next 6 or so months it frees up to 180 pulls letting you grow your roster much more smoothly.

I'd argue Gepard's e4 is actually pretty useful if you're using him, especially with his signature. Last moc, I was struggling against Kafka, mostly because his taunt made it so that he was always the target for her dominate, and even at 49.9% effect res, he lost EVERY TIME. Like. He's on my alt so his build isn't great, but I expected him to win at least once. Obviously the asterisk is that a lot of people will be playing Aventurine instead anyway (like my main), but if you ARE using Gepard, the effect res is very useful since the team's survivability falls off if he's not constantly refreshing shields, especially if he's also attacking the team himself.

The amount of times I'm getting fkd up by Fire weakness enemies in PF is just not funny, even though I have Jade & Argenti but 2.6 PF is just not fair lol ever since they changed the amount of enemies on field before the boss round (less energy for Argenti & less stack for Jade). E2 Bronya is who I am going for. This is an important Eidolon if you are trying to make E2 Acheron work. Acheron is slow do to the attk boots she runs. Because of Bronya E2 it will always make Acheron go 1st in the following turns as long as Bronya keeps using her skill on Acheron.

Bronya E2 is very good imho. Build your DPS with 105speed and Bronya with 134 speed and u miss 1 first turn for you DPS, but can have much better substats and also ATK boots. I'm using my E2R1 Acheron with Bronya E3R1 Bronya with this setup. Going for E4 Bronya to some day have E6 Bronya. E6 Bronya is also game changing. WIth your DPS having 2 turns a cycle thanks to Bronya, getting her Buff to last 2 turns is super powerful.

I hit e1 Yanqing first month of the game and at least he didn’t go from cracked to irrelevant like seele. He was just always shit. They even changed his e1 way back then. It used to be he’d do increased dmg to frozen enemies but would end the freeze. While coping I’m hope they’ll buff him and maybe that day is soon as remembrance approaches due to the freeze links in simulated universe. Unironically I was cheesing the hell out of simulated universe way back when using remembrance and still do every now and then with him

Himeko gets 1 stack for regular and 2 for elite, so with e4 she gets fua from elite and 2stacks from regular enemies. E6 Clara read svarog has 50% chance to counter when ANYONE is hit. This means it like she is in her ult without being in her ult, plus she gets 1 more counter in ult state, making her perma counter stacks since energy req is so low for her ult. That said im between E1 bronya and E4 Clara, thinking Clara cus I use her still sometimes and ive never used bronya cause E0 is dog. Already blessed with E4 Himeko, could go for her E6 if i lose another 50/50 to her E5 in the meantime.

I personally only have Himeko, Bronya, Gepard and Yanqing. I think I'm gonna choose Clara or Welt for more Physical and Imaginary elemental coverage. I personally enjoy the FuA playstyle, so yeah, if I manage to get her, I'm gonna pair her up with Topaz, Robin and Fu Xuan. (Side note, I am doing some pulls on Aventurine's banner right now, so if I manage to get him, then he's gonna replace Fu Xuan, and I can use her on another team.)

Had a hunch you'd make a video like this when i saw the news about the free ticket and I'm happy to be proven right :) I appreciate your take on E4 bailu too (admittedly, with bias considering im at E3 bailu lol). Thought it might be worth mentioning that bailu stonks would shoot up with that eidolon if they ever give us an abundance lightcone that allows cleanse on skill (or at least a chance of it if im being less greedy lol)

I reached 300 just a couple weeks ago : in my case, Bronya was the easy choice, having Welt, Himeko and Clara already. Then lost Aventurine to her E1 : was that really a loss ?! I think these 4 are really good and gets better with Eidolons (Welt probably the least, except for Dr.Ratio and Acheron if no Jiaoqiu, but his kit is quite unique) Clara is a superb addition to a Feixiao-Robin-Aventurine team against either Hoolay or multiple enemies, also a good enough proxy for a Yunli And Himeko, of course ❤‍🔥 (got her on the Departure banner and then E1 at my first 50-50 loss : certainly my most used unit with Acheron) Now i have Himeko E1, Welt E0, Clara E0, Bronya E1 : i would be happy with any of them. But thanks to the video, i think i would go for Himeko E2 : Pure Fiction is the mode i struggle the most in it seems, whereas Clara E1 would bring value only if used as main DPS (so far is use her mostly as a support for Feixiao team and with Basic attack)

tl;dr imo...: bronya (e0-e1) == himeko e0 > bronya (until e6) > clara (e2) == himeko (e2 ) == welt (e2) > himeko (until e6) > bailu (e4)

I'm only missing welt and bailu and considering getting welt because I kinda like him and though that maybe he could be a placeholder nihility character on my acheron team since I only have pela so far. Not entirely sure how good he would be in that role though... almost at my 300 pulls on the standard banner as well so "soon" I will get another choice to make and that will probably go to make my himeko better

So before watching this video... I have E2 Welt, E1 Bronya, E0 Himeko, E1 Bailu - no Yanqing, Clara or Gepard. I only use Himeko out of them currently, so my first immediate thought is getting Clara. I think I'll wait a bit to use it, on the fence between Himeko eidolons or getting Clara

It's kinda tough for me. I don't really use Bronya and I have Sparkle, but E1 Bronya does sound nice. I'm at E3 Bailu if I remember right, which means I could consider Bailu BUT all that would do is potentially push Luocha out of relevance but I don't think it would beat out Huehue, Gallachad, or Lingsha. So that kinda brings me to Clara, and I have personally found myself in multiple situations where having Clara might mean the difference between an easy clear, or a multi day struggle to get good RNG. I guess this will be a really tough choice, or the option might become more clear as the day approaches. As it stands, I'm kind of leaning towards Clara, as having that arrow in my quiver seems to be a solution I'd get decent use out of.

E1 Bronya is still 50% RNG. It isn't incredibly significant if you are already good managing SP. Apart from E1 Himeko, any eidolon for Clara is higher priority in my list.

My experience, when I lose 50 50, I often get clara and bailu. my clara is now e4 and bailu is e2. but unfortunately I never use clara because I don't use counter team 😢

Himeko .. already have Bronya, cause Himeko works perfectly with Firefly ,linghsa and Fugue (but if they nerfed Fugue so much, I might skip her and leave Harmony MC forever as harmony) Himeko cause people don't understand that Himeko like Herta 4star ... do not have a activation limit at her followup attacks. so she can pull off 5 Activation a Round if they keep tossing new mobs then Himeko value goes up even more.

I already know what I am picking. E2 himeko. This is because she's the only standard character I use constantly. I could go for Bronya E1 but I just never use her. I got bronya so late (from the 300 pulls ticket) that by that time my sparkle was fully levelled and built. I just never use bronya. And I don't own the units whose best in slot support is Bronya. I have all the standard units at E1 except Bailu and Bronya. So, E2 Himeko is what I'll be going for! I watched this video just in case. But I know what my account needs and that is our dommy mommy Himeko.
