It’s amazing that penrith is not really favourite or a strong favourite for the last 4 grandfinals. 21- major injuries/ busted 22 - never beat parra all year. 23 - athletic and hot bronco . 24 - storm attack overwhelming / spine superior . We shall see……

22 and 23 Penrith had the premiership to lose. Storm is looking better than both of those teams and they have beaten Penrith twice this year

Hoping Melbourne wins but even with big Nelson Storm won't match the Penrith pack. Moses and Fish will dominate but experience will be the biggest advantage for the panther especially the spine. Every storm player needs a motm performance for them to win and bellyache will be telling them such so it's going to be the best GF we have seen. I'll tell you now the Storm wont choke if they get 18 points ahead

The Panthers forwards have me concerned, especially with Nelson unlikely to be playing. Cleary will do a Roosters like defence as they did with Cronk in 2018. The Panthers did what the Storm couldn't do in 2016, 2017 & 2018.

@bigbrassones45-47 and Cleary is also the superior HB. Hughes had a good season but not even on Cleary's level. I would take Luai this year over Munster any day. Edwards is better than Pappi. It would take someone of a very low IQ to think Cleary can not beat Melb. Panthers smashed Storm last season. Storm may have been the best team this season, but they were also the best team back in 2021. Once again, Panthers beat then in the preliminary. Should I go on?

Storm last played in a GF in 2020, since then, the Panthers have become a footballing machine and will win it when the fitness of Melbourne begins to wane. There is a stark difference between GF experience between both teams with the Panthers being the more seasoned. The other point that people, and experts are ignoring is the steely Panther defence, the greatest of the modern era. The underlining fact is in big games like this, the onus will be on the Storm to unsettle the Panthers. If they don't, it will be like that very funny 2022 GF against Parra.

That doesn't make any sense. Nor does the penalty NAS is getting. He has been handed a four week suspension......Sualii got four weeks for the near decapitation of Reece Walsh. Different charges, but the same penalty - and there's no way known that the tackle on Collins was comparable to the hit on Walsh. If they handed down a fair grading and he ended up copping a suspension due to carry over points or something like that, it would to be hard to argue against it. But realistically and when compared to recent outcomes, that's a grade one offense with a fine as a worst case scenario. Regardless, he'll miss a grand final and some international games because the NRL make things up as they go along.

@loxxovvoxxol2896 the grade 3 charge was ridiculous i agree but if they downgrade from a 3 to a 1 so he can play than every club going fwd will use this as the excuse and headshot wil go up as the penalty won't be as great! The mrc has been a joke all year but downgrading it to a gr1 whilst shouldve been the grade would make it way worse! Feel for Nelson that he has been caught in the mrc ineptitude though!

Nelson not playing…plus the “line speed of Penrith” now puts the Panthers as favourites. They will just shut the field down and not give any room to move. The ref will determine the outcome with his interpretation of defence indiscretions.

Don't support both teams but Melbourne will win by 18 points at least if Nelson Solomona plays. But if he does not, Penrith will have a chance although Melbourne is still my tip in a close one.
