Fun Video, Kirstie! My friend & I both really enjoyed watching this one…She & I both watched this Video together, by-the-way, and I had an Unsaved Word-Processing Document opened up in a separate window on my Computer, so whenever my friend would get “Stuck,” she would blurt out, “Wait A Second” and then she would type in the Word Document what the Auto-Generated Closed-Captioning read, then I’d rewind the Video to that spot and then listen for what you’d actually said, and then I’d navigate back over to the Unsaved Word-Processing Document to type out the correction for her…and simply repeated that process all throughout the Video; although, due to the heavy presence of “Visual-Aids” throughout this Video (via the Vertical Split-Screen), my friend honestly didn’t need very much help for this Video…My friend says she really appreciates all the animated words you’ve inserted in this Video around that part where your Quiz Results revealed you to be like “Jigsaw” because the Auto-Generated Closed-Captioning actually cut-out at that part, so your Self-Captioning that small portion of the Video-at roughly slight after the 12-Minute mark-literally allowed she & her friends to ALSO enjoy your reaction too and helped get them through that part of the Video, in terms of figuring out what you were saying…Just As A Helpful Suggestion (And Not Intended To Criticize Or Judge You): That part of this Video where you were laughing about a Baby Photo failed to Caption could have benefited from likewise digitally-inserted animated words to serve as viable backup in case the Auto-Generated Closed-Captioning cuts out…It’s all good, Kirstie…It’s all a learning experience and you always work so hard on producing great Video Content and it really shows…So the expression goes, “All’s Well That Ends Well,” as I ended up explaining everything in a quickly-assembled Unsaved Word-Processing Document (that I had opened up in a separate window on my Computer) where I jotted down the general gist of what you were saying…You said you have a pair of “Red & Wine” boots (“Red & White” boots), LOL… . I’ve Got Some Very Excellent News For You: I’m very pleased to inform you that my friend-who’s very Hard-of-Hearing but wears very strong Hearing-Aids (both ears) to offer her a limited hearing ability-and her friends-who are 100% deaf-all got around to “Reading” (their word-play for watching) your “A Week Of Mental Health Learning” 6-Part Video Series on your IGTV feed…So NOW you can know that all your hard work in Self-Captioning that Video Series on your IGTV feed has paid-off for certain now, as that series has very recently been enjoyed by a group of people who will absolutely never ever have an opportunity to hear the sound of your voice and, thus, ever learn what your voice sounds like…People who 1.) Are 100% Deaf, 2.) Who Cannot Lipread, & 3.) Cannot Speak got to at least know every word you were saying, courtesy of all those Captions you’ve written out for all those Videos…My friend says they needed to pause the Videos periodically to take a moment to rephrase (in their minds) what you said, for Spoken English & Sign Languages have noticeably-different Grammar & Sentence Structure, meaning that people who are more accustomed to Sign Language are more accustomed to their different methods of phrasing things (especially if they have absolutely no idea what Spoken Language sounds like)…It’s very, very common for people who have absolutely no idea what Spoken Language sounds like to need to pause Speech-based Videos to take those few extra moments to process the Captions/Subtitles and mentally rephrase them in their minds to the structure of the Sign Language they’re fluent in, as English & Sign Language are two very different languages subject to their own sets of rules…Your having Captioned those Videos literally made ALL the difference between whether my friend’s friends could watch them or not…Also, my friend’s friends weighed in with their own insight on what you said in your Video, via relating your advice to how being deaf and society failing to adequately accommodate to their needs can also affect a person’s mental health as well…They also mentioned that there’s a VERY powerful TikTok Video called “A day in the life of deaf ears” at TikTok channel, “scarlet_may.1”…The “Deaf Influencer” whom filmed & starred in the TikTok Video is 100% deaf and although the events of the Video are fictitious, they’re based on stuff that happens all the time to persons who are deaf…Her name’s “Scarlet Waters” and I learned about her through my friend’s friends, who are 100% deaf and will never ever have an opportunity to learn what your voice voice sounds like (or to ever learn what a Scottish accent sounds like, for that matter)…I’ve recently watched the brief “Viral” TikTok Video, “A day in the life of deaf ears” and it made me incredibly sad…That TikTok Video was basically a Summarized-Into-1-Minute type of “Day In The Life” Video of a deaf woman aged roughly 20 or so who encountered inconsiderate Hearing people who refused to accommodate to her needs…First, she observed two of her classmates arguing and when she signed to her presumed Sign Language Interpreter what the altercation was all about-because she could neither Hear nor Lipread-the Interpreter just signed something to the effect of, “Never mind…It’s not that important…I’ll tell you later” (as the Subtitles in the Video read, I mean), but she never did explain later on what the altercation was all about…Next, a random classmate started speaking to her (whilst wearing a face mask), very clearly unaware that she was deaf…When the deaf person pointed to her ear with her index finger and took out a pen and a pad of paper & motioned the classmate to write down what she was saying, the classmate rudely motioned a vigorous Non-Verbal gesture of refusal and then walked off…The following scene was an embarrassing encounter at a drive-through where she needed to explain her deafness to random strangers with all sorts of onlookers…Then, to top it all off (and THIS was the part of the Video that upset me the very most), at the very end of the Video, the deaf woman in the Video was relaxing & unwinding on her living room sofa to some Social Media on her Cell Phone, but when she clicked on a Non-KZbin Social Media Video (that was likely Uploaded by someone she watches on KZbin, presumably via the Auto-Generated CC option that KZbin offers by default but that many other Social Medias still have yet to offer), there were absolutely no Captions/Subtitles whatsoever…With no Captioning/Subtitles, the deaf woman in the Video was unable to figure out what the woman in the Video on Social Media was saying…Apparently VERY Sad & Upset about being unable to watch the Video, she tossed her Cell Phone onto the ground beside the sofa, in a highly-discouraged state-of-mind…The Video the deaf woman was trying to watch featured a woman who appeared very lively and upbeat and it appeared to be a very fun & exciting Video filled with PLENTY of Laughs, Humor, and Entertainment…however, the deaf woman in the Video was forced to not be able to watch that Video, because it was Inaccessible to her…My friend’s friends-all who are 100% deaf-have a fun assignment for you…Mute whichever device you typically watch Online Videos on and try watching a Speech-based Video that doesn’t offer any Captioning/Subtitling and see whether you can figure out what the person in the Video is saying…If you do that, you’d VERY quickly receive your answer as to WHY so many deaf people campaign for Accessibility of Online Videos…Could YOU watch Speech-based Online Videos without any sound OR Captioning? I know I sure couldn’t! . By-The-Way: Instagram is preparing to bring Auto-Captioning to Stories soon-over the next few months-in form of an Accessibility “Sticker” named “Captions”…The feature is currently being made available for only a select few Instagram accounts but should become available to everyone later this Spring (perhaps Mid-Spring)…Although, the Auto-Generated Captioning in Instagram currently doesn’t work very well on certain accents (including the Irish & Scottish accents, unfortunately), as they’re not as accurate as KZbin’s Auto-Generated Captions, because they’re not yet equipped with built-in Auto-Correct or Accent/Dialect Recognition algorithms; therefore, continuing to Manually Caption your Instagram Video Content would, I feel, be the very best option for you…but I’ve already been spreading the word about this new upcoming feature of Instagram Stories to any American-based Instagrammers/KZbinrs I know whom post Instagram Story Videos featuring themselves speaking…Besides the American accent, Auto-Captioning on Instagram also work very well on the British accent as well… . My own Reply to this Comment will serve as is a Part 2/Continuation of this Comment…

The Following Paragraph is a Part 2/Continuation of my Original Comment… . Also, my friend & her friends have a KZbin Video recommendation for you to consider watching, regarding Anxiety…Just search for “How I Feel During A Pandemic As Deaf Person?” from a KZbin channel named “Deaf_Life_” and you’ll find it (it’s the most recently-Uploaded Video on that channel, and the channel is run by someone named “Nicole”)…but remember to turn on the Subtitles and take notice of the fact that Nicole, in fact, writes her Closed-Captioning (AND many of her Video titles) to the Grammatical Style of ASL, as you’ll notice some differences in how they’re worded & phrased and her word choices, especially in the Closed-Captioning of her Videos titled, “How difference between deaf and hearing people do while Quarantine ?” & “HOW TO HANDLE WITH DEAF WORLD AND HEARING WORLD??”…I know as a fact that I definitely need to use the Subtitles if I’m watching Videos filmed in Sign Language, because I don’t know Sign Language…That said, whenever communicating with my friend’s friends-who are 100% deaf, cannot Lipread, and cannot speak-I either communicate via back-and-forth E-Mailing and/or Text Messaging, through my friend (whom knows ASL and interprets), or through an Aim-And-Point Speech Recognition App for Android & Google Pixel Phones called “Live Transcribe” where I speak into the App and then my friend’s friends type out their Replies to me…For the most part, the “Live Transcribe” App works ideally for either the American or British accents but doesn’t work very well on certain accents (including the Irish & Scottish accents, unfortunately) but that’s sure to be remedied in time as the App continues to improve and eventually get fitted with built-in Auto-Correct & Accent/Dialect Detection…As I often find myself kidding to myself, “I’m sure I’d get around to learning ASL, if I wasn’t so damn lazy”… . Again, I repeat, I don’t have anywhere in this Video where my friend got “Stuck,” be that she & I were able to get together to watch this one together; plus, you’ve provided plenty of “Visual Aids” throughout this Video anyways (as well as utilizing a Vertical Split-Screen in this Video), so I didn’t really have very many places where my friend needed help…All that said, I don’t have any questions for you this time around regarding what you said versus what the Auto-Generated Closed-Captioning has claimed you to have said…My friend did ask me what you meant when you said that you exclaimed, “Spike” (you actually shouted, “Syke”) and when you said that you “Just Can’t Be Arched” (you “Just Can’t Be Arsed”), yet I myself was unsure about what the word, “Arsed” means but, based on the context, my friend & I are both guessing in this case you meant that you “Just Can’t Be Bothered”…

Everyone's favorite BuzzFeed Quizzes :) How would we know anything about our self's with out them LOL. Hey, wait is it October already? Did I lose another year? I'm so confused. I love it. Making fun of BuzzFeed Quizzes :). Hey that quiz had nothing to do with horror movies because if you like sweaters you should have gotten Freddy Krueger. Hey I can totally see you as Freddy Krueger because Freddy was very talkative and twisted and wore a sweater.

KZbin can't count. It says you have two comments but you actually have three! First time round I told the truth with each choice and ended up with ... Ghostface. I didn't give the same answers to the questions as you ... Honest! Second quiz I did not tell the truth. In fact I lied at every one. Boris Johnson could not have lied any more than I did. I was Michael Meyers. Then I did a random one, which predicted when I will have my next break up. Difficult to know what Buzzfeed would do with this as I am not with anybody at the moment, and surely you have to be with someone before you can break up with them? Good choice. I told the truth to it anyway and it told me that I will never break up, and that me and this mythical person I am not with because she does not actually exist are both made for eachother!!! You will have to move your day soon as in six weeks time I hope that none of us will be lockdown-stop-at-home on Friday evenings!!!
