The turbo would make more power and they do sound good but that supercharger whine with vtec is just beautiful seems more reliable if I had to pick I’m going supercharger

Where can I get a turbo kit for the 9th gen? I sold my kraftwerks kit off it and have the mounts, clutch, fuel pump and hondata installed already.

I would personally build one yourself. That way you know exactly what you are getting through and through, piping clamps hardware etc. Probably be cheaper, too.

@@abc.garage thats actually quite a bit more power than im making even at 13psi. about 100whp more. Im running an EFR 7163. what kind of ballpark timing numbers are you in when in boost? my tuner said that he couldnt advance the timing anymore due to knock

Supercharger can only carr u so far, i kno a 9th gen thats turbod pushing 850whp w 29psi on kill tune, dailys it at 600

@ikzuq yeah I'm aware of this. But it's not all about numbers. I prefer usable power. Imo that kind of power is worthless if u can't put it down. Even though a stock k could make that much power, it's not gonna last long.imo it's just pointless unless you're gonna build the motor and trans and go awd. I'd rather just slap a supercharger on a stock k motor and trans and call it a day.
