I would really not go for glaceon, I would go for mamoswine, because I can counter steel types with bulldoze. I think sylveon is definitely good, but I would still go for togekiss, because it can counter steel types with flame thrower. If I was going to pick the best one in my opinion it would be espeon, you could get so much value out of the shadow ball. It is a budget Mewtwo.

Battle league is the only time IVs really matter, which means Umbreon would be top choice for a hundo. As far as raid battles go, IVs don’t matter, especially with Eeveelutions.

imo Sylveon wins it, because of the solo-type. all the other good fairy attackers have a wide variety of counters due to the second type they have (ghost/dark/bug against guardevoir, electric/rock/ice against togekiss) BUT since fairy type itself only has 2 weaknesses and poison is basically dead in PoGo, the only good counters against Sylveon are Dialga and Metagross edit: I also checked the Gamepress DPS spreadsheet and compared to each other Sylveon has the best TDO (total damage output before dying) of all eeveelutions!

Jolteon my fav, and in real Pokémon he’s the fastest of all EEVEELUTIONS, but in Pokémon go he doesn’t have that amazing advantage because speed doesn’t matter in Pokémon go. Just stamina, attack and defense. So I do agree, even tho it pains me to see my fav ranked 8, it’s just not elite because speed doesn’t matter. Altho still won’t stop me from running Jolteon in PvP and PvE

The best thing to place after a blissey is drifblim: A lot of hp and three times resistance against fighting type.

@@ann-kathrin2084 like João Dias mentioned, most experienced players kick pokémon out of gyms 1 at a time. So it doesnt matter whatever you put after another one. Unlike Drifblim's HP, his defense is low which gets him kicked out of gyms quite fast.

It was a good event weekend.... I definitely have a love for Sylveon due to my spending so much time on one with 70 hearts and evolving recently... But Umbreon just looks amazing too ☺️ I was playing from a rural location with no nearby Pokemon or pokestops so only lure reliant and it was a great weekend with a 96IV shiny being the best and almost 1000 Eevee Caught with over 4000 Candy gained.... For a stay at home weekend in a rural area with nothing the game did provide.

As i had been searching for any important info regarding Eevee choices during community day (i had a 100% Eevee) i could tell you this: Regarding moves and second moves, Umbreon now has the option to have Last Resort OR Psychic. DO NOT have both moves on Umbreon, he still needs his STAB move. Other than that the only mons that gained value from this event are Espeon and Sylveon. Espeon like what has been said on this video can now be a good psychic type to beat ghosts if you do not have a legendary psychic type. It is not exactly a buff on Espeon but it gave him a new option since this is the first ghost typing move Espeon has. Regarding Sylveon, the move psyshock is good for PVP Sylveon. If you rather want to use Sylveon as only a fairy attacker for raids then it does not need Psyshock. It is still a good move which improves Sylveon for PVP. The other Eevees their moves aren't worth it with Glaceon water pulse being meh or okay at best.
