Which Is The Best Way To Build Zaxara The Exemplary?

This weeks deck tech is on Zaxara, The Exemplary and in my opinion the best 2 ways to build it for only $60
I wanted to create a budget friendly Zaxara The Exemplary deck and ended up creating 2 very different decks for everyone.

To be fair I've been thinking about changing the budgets on the decks I build. I've been taking a little break because I've been working on a different channel totally different to this but I will definitely see what I can do
