Pale, black eyes, silent, brutal, better at stealth than Night Lords, and are structured as a Nomad- Predation fleet just like groups of Terran Raven Guard that were practically exiled by Corax because he loathed how cruel and oppressive they were especially Unification veterans.

The death eagles was the name of a millennial ( equivalent of chapter) of the emperor's children during the heresy. and they explicitly were loyalists

With the Blood Ravens, the future seeing Psykers in the Thousand Sons before Prospero burned foretold of "a Raven drenched in blood" in regards to the Legion's future. I believe, since what we learn about the story with Malcador and Dorn, the Soul Drinkers are of the Lost Legions (II and XI) as they were absorbed into the Imperial Fists and Ultramarines.

I actually based my Homebrew loyalist chapter on iron warrior for the reasons perturabo being one of my favorite Primarchs and loyal space Marines from or descendant from traitor legions are generally more interesting to me

I do think the Astral Claws were a Sons of Horus successor that later became the red corsairs. There is also a chapter called the Void Wolves (I think) which I think were at least inspired by the Luna Wolves

I used to be one of the "the blood ravens were a thousand sons successor" but after watching this and watching mistakes of the emperor 6 this man has completely changed my mind while I've been playing Warhammer for years. Cheers mate

I think a theory that works for the Soul Drinkers is them being SM's from one of the Lost Legions, as we know Dorn and Guilliman absorbed them into their Legions.

i have two theories about the blood ravens, 1 is that they are word bearers successors and the other is that they were created from the geneseed of Janus

Well, there was a fair amount of Loyalist Luna Wolves during the heresy, but I think most of them died actually during the siege or in the process of trying to get... someone to the Siege? I can't remember what happened to them exactly, but I know they were a thing that didn't get wiped out on Istvaan III.

It's kind of sad how the Legion with the most Loyalists is also probably the one with the least relevance in current lore. The World Eaters had more Loyalist Space Marines than any other Traitor Legion, yet due to the nature of their doom, there are seemingly no influences from them even now. Ni rumors of warbands continuing the good fight. No successor Chapters. Nothing. All of them annihilated in the earliest days of the Heresy. Fighting harder and bloodier than everyone else, and damned all the same.
