This is one of the best informative videos on this topic! So true it depends on what our goals are! If we want to lose fat vs bulk and build muscle. Or even maintain. Nice punching as well!

Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣 For the longest time I thought that macros were an abbreviation for macaroni & cheese (one of my favorite meals). But the greatest part of this video for me was the conversation about good fat vs bad fats. And the clearly defining your fitness goals. Thanks Viktor. 👍🏾

You would be surprised how difficult it is to find "standard ratio" information on the web. I wasn't sure what to call it so all I my search results were for weight loss only. Thank you for explaining many ratios in one video.

Little mistake from my side here: Avocados are not vegetables, but fruits! (Actually they even count as berries :D) Sorry for that, but I hope the message is clear. Have a great day!

Thank you for the informative video. Can you possibly layout what a typical day on a diet would look like for the 40/30/30 weight loss ratio and 1800 calories? I can't get the math to work if I restrict the protein to 0.7g/lb of body weight. This equals 130g. At that level, I can't get all the parameters to work.

I write it on my video-ideas list - thanks for the suggestion!

I have a lot of protein. It feels me up more. I also eat a lot of fat. I am not a big eater so I need to have protein shakes to ensure I get the amount of protein I need.
@VitalityFitnessScience2 жыл бұрын
Very important to keep a good protein intake!

Hey I don’t think you will see this but I have a question. I am 155pounds 6 foot 1 17yr old student that plays lots of tennis at the national level, and I want to keep my weight but “get shredded” (lean muscle). What ratio do u recommend?
@VitalityFitnessScience8 ай бұрын
Its tough to say man, depends on your metabolism and usual routine. Try 50% carbs, 35% protein and 15% healthy fats. Adjust if needed. All the best, Viktor

is 1980 kalories enough to lose weight daily ? lots of Greens and rest of it Rice and a bit of sweet and sour sauce so far i feel a bit of diffrent i am not hungry as much as i was before but my weight goes from 119-120kg upp and down and cant deciede where it want´s to be at. my goal is to reach atleast 85 kg and lose around 40kg in a healthy amount of time But my biggest hurdle yet is the damn Sugar craving it might be due to me being bored But i tried Working out doing something diffrent but still it creeps up on me and sets me back

why is the % ratio not shown at 6:32

Cuz its just an estimation - a concrete percentage would not represent reality 💪🏼

Since carbs turn to sugar in your body, could I replace most of my carbs with pure cane sugar?
@BobFlocker7 ай бұрын
Funny but no. Firstly you'd get zero micro nutrients, secondly high fibre foods such as whole grains, vegetables, and some fruit contain fibre which slows down the digestion of the carbohydrates they contain, thus releasing the energy slowly over time.
@VitalityFitnessScience7 ай бұрын
@bobflocker I absolutely agree with what you say 💪🏼

It's a delightful treat that doesn't need any fussing in the kitchen. One of the best peanut butter out there- Alpino's peanut butter, whether it is natural or chocolate-flavored, is the best! @alpinohealthfoods
