Hell yea referrals are free my dude, don't cost you a thing and i'd imagine those are the easiest leads to close, just out of curiosity do end up knocking on doors after finishing a residential property and handing them some information or letting them know you performed work on their neighbors house for them to peak at?

For me it has always been referrals and here lately, the Nextdoor app has landed me a bunch of jobs. Signs in my town don't do diddly. I'm slammed and the guy that has all the signs up around my neighborhood isn't doing anything. I don't have the competition a lot of folks have. I'm known and been in the game over 20 years.

Are these numbers reflective of total leads or total job? Have you ever looked at lead generation vs closing rate by marketing method? I'm new to the industry but I've noticed a lot more tire kickers with yard signs vs Facebook where most inquiries are pretty serious.
