Do you know if the J3 handles beets well? They make my favorite juice, but my least favorite processing experience.
@JuiceFeasterАй бұрын
@@melissaleanne143 Yes! the J3 does well with beets! It has the power of the J2 in a nice compact package. I have a separate review video of the J3 and I have some footage of the beets being juiced at about the 4:36 marker. It gobbles them up! Especially nicely for a compact juicer. Now is a great time to look at it with the sale! Here’s my discount code: JFBFCM Here’s the link: geni.us/NamaSale Sale ends 12-2! Let me know if you have any other questions! Hey Juice Feaster, First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart for posting all your amazing videos. They've really helped me get into juicing! I recently got my Auto10 and ordered a set of 250ml glasses. I have two questions for you: 1. What is your favorite juice? 2. If you were to juice on a Sunday for the whole week, what combinations would you personally make? Currently, I’m totally into orange juice combined with lemon, but I haven’t tried any other juice recipes yet. I’m already hyped to explore the juicing world! :)

Awesome! Appreciate you tuning in and glad you enjoy my channel! A couple of my personal favorites are: 1 uber ripe pineapple 6 oz red raspberries & 4 apples 1 cucumber 6 stalks celery 1 bunch of parsley or cilantro 3” Ginger 3” turmeric 1 lemon Tons of other recipes in my feed for you too! Main thing is just keep it simple and make things that taste good to you. Don’t over complicate it and enjoy! Happy juicing!

@JuiceFeaster Thanks for sharing these recipes and tips! When I first tried to get into juicing, I was honestly overwhelmed by all the decisions-choosing the right machine, the type, brand, and price range felt like too much. Your guidance really helped me narrow that down, but when I went grocery shopping, I realized I had no idea what ingredients to buy for juicing beyond the basics like oranges and lemons. I’m definitely going to try out your recipes-thank you again for making it easier🙏😄

Thanks for the video. Do you have a video about what can be juiced with the skin on? I've seen your other videos where you juiced beets and ginger with the skin on. What about citrus? I haven't found a solid answer, and it would save a little bit of time. I'm using the J2. Thanks!

Hello! I don’t have a video on that specifically, but here’s my thoughts on it. If I’m going to leave the peel on, I make sure to prioritize organic. I usually take the peel off of oranges and grapefruits as it just makes the juice way too bitter. Occasionally, I might leave a small bit of orange peel on for a touch of bitter and essential oil character, but usually very little. For lemons and limes, sometimes I leave the peel on sometimes I take it off depending upon my mood. If it’s part of a larger recipe it’s usually not too noticeable to leave it on as far as flavor is concerned. For most other stuff I leave the peel on, beets, carrots, apples, ginger, turmeric, etc. I usually remove the peel from pineapple, but you can leave it on, just be sure to wash / soak well. For a produce soak, I use 1 TBSP baking soda per liter of water, soak for 12 minutes and then rinse well and shake or pat dry. I usually peel pomegranates too as the peel Is pretty bitter. Although there are some beneficial compounds in the peel and white part of the pomegranate. So perhaps a little peel left on can be nice. Juicing with black grapes helps offset some of the bitterness if you do. If cucumbers are really waxy, I will usually peel them. I prefer getting un-waxed ones and leaving the peel on as there are great nutrients in the peel. Also, the J2 can handle any of these items fine with peel on. It gobbles them right up! That’s about it! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Can you use M1 use as a juicer like jucing an apple or orange?
@JuiceFeasterАй бұрын
Great question! It's not really the same because it doesn't juice the produce like a juicer. You would have to add water for the blender blades to be able to pulverize the produce. So while the spin cycle would separate out the pulp, you would have a very dilute juice since you had to add water. Ultimately, the answer is no. It's a milk maker that you can add fruit (or other ingredients to) for fruit infused milks, but it doesn't juice fruit in the same way that a juicer does. Thank you for your question. Let me know if you have any others! I appreciate you tuning in!

I’m torn between the C2 & M1!
@JuiceFeasterАй бұрын
Hey! My thoughts: if you need a juicer and a blender, and don’t have either, then the C2 is a fantastic choice. It gives you the power of J2 as a juicer AND a premium high speed blender that’s better than the Vitamix. So you’d have a juicer and a blender that can also make great plant based milks. With the sale going on, you’ll be saving about $350 by buying a C2 vs buying a J2 and a Vitamix separately. So a great deal! Buying a C2 also comes with both of Nama’s juicing & blending online courses as well! Another $80 value. On the other hand, while the C2 will make OK milks, if you’re mainly concerned about milks…., then the M1 is amazing. It makes the richest, creamiest milks I’ve ever had on any machine. It’s so convenient too. It combines the blending and straining into one step. Add the ingredients and hit the button and that’s it! It’s not really a juicer, but primarily an amazing milk maker. Ok those are my thoughts! Hope that helps you make your decision! Don’t miss the sale opportunity!
