I just got one and I like it a lot EXCEPT it’s really hard to reach the console with your hands to adjust settings without hitting your feet into the front base.

I bought one of these in April 2015 at a Sears store for about $650. I checked it over the weekend and it has close to 3000 miles on it and it is still going strong. May be time to look at a new one but this one is still good. Will definitely go with Nordic Track because this has been a great one.

Whoa! 3000 miles! That's like 1 mile per day since 2025!
@chargerman1655 ай бұрын
@@BeatTheBushDIY 1mile a day since 2025? Actually most days I have walked 4 to 5 miles a day at a rate of 4.4 mph and I am 73 years old. Sounds like you just insulted me sir.

Could you tell me the space that occupies on the floor when it’s lifted?

I have the S30, bought it used and it works fine. But what about maintenance, lubrication .. Can’t find any info from the manufacturer on that topic. Any nordictrack owners out there with some advice?😇

Any idea how it compares to T 5 S? I've seen videos of T 5 S flexing and shaking while people are running on it. Is 6.5 sturdier in that regard?

Is it possible to program a personalized split session by varying the time and speed, for example 30/30 s. I am considering purchasing it and I would like to do these sessions during the winter at home where the track is held.

Great video. How tall are you? Reason I ask is I'm 6' but if you're 5'4" then I might need the longer treadmill :)

Can the treadmill be used without an internet connection?

Yes

The problem with NodicTrack is that they're still designing treadmills with the front motor covers right under your feet. Why? Other manufacturers give you at least a foot of lead space. This is a major flaw that needs to be addressed.
@BeatTheBushDIY Жыл бұрын
Good point. I never thought about that part since it never bothered me much.
@liferockedmelikemotley Жыл бұрын
Is this a bad thing? If so, why? Im abit confused
@charliemcdougall11 ай бұрын
@@liferockedmelikemotley My preference is to have a treadmill belt under my feet, not a motor cover. Kicking and stepping on a motor cover tends to break my stride whilst running.

Will this treadmill work without the monthly Ifit subscription? Anyone?

Yes it works without a subscription.

Did not realise the power consumption was so high when in use, gyms must be using so much electricity just on treadmills.
@BeatTheBushDIY Жыл бұрын
Maybe they counter that with electricity generated from the stationary cycling? Lol. JK.

Have had mine for a year. No issues. Yes, screw the the monthly fee for the iFit. I listen to Bad Friends podcast among others. Great treadmill! THE WORST treadmills are by Ascend, a Canadian (Quebec) company. Lots of reports that they are very dangerous due to engine stopping mid-run.
