I used toneden for a long time, it wasn't bad, and it worked. But I currently prefer hyppedit, which can reduce the number of lost conversions because of the Conversion API setting.

I use toneden for landing pages and unlocks and does the job for me whilst being free.

A few reasons I can imagine - site speed, conversion event setup differences and layout. ToneDen uses a standard event that while making setup easier seems to cause Facebook to make some assumptions about how they should run the campaign.

​@@AndrewSouthworth that makes sense, however according to Kyle's test, TD actually generated more conversions during the test. Which means site speed and layout aren't the issue. Maybe event setup but I feel like the problem might be in how TD drives people to Spotify App on the technical side. It's possible that a part of them doesn't reach the actual App or something like this. Just a thought.

If I use linktree as my link in bio tool, would I put a featurefm song link on my linktree? Or would it be redudant to be paying for both linktree and featurefm?

I am having a low click through on my landing page - I didn't use a custom graphic. The landing page graphic just has my album cover. Do you think this is the cause? The album cover graphic's pretty different than the video's I am using.

Hmm most of the time I also use the cover art on the landing page. Usually a low click through rate means something isn't setup properly with the conversion pixel event.

I believe the idea is that it's simpler to offer alternative streaming sources and track conversions when using a smart link

@@makinoutmakinout2056it’s because bots are clicking the links in some countries. With smart links the boys can’t click which service to stream. Ex. You’re running ads your smart link has appl or Spotify to stream. The bit would click the initial smart link but can’t click which service.

Getting events to work in FB from feature fm never works

It’s definitely the most complicated one

Once you trigger the event and then wait about 30-60 minutes, the event shows up and you can make a custom conversion using the parameter action where it matches 'musicservice'. Sometimes its delayed, but i've never had a case where it didn't work at all.
