I have the Tamiya, Hobbyboss and Academy birds. Need to pull the Hobbyboss from storage hub. But Eduard has the slight edge here.

Aside from the slight differences between the dash 3 and dash 4 models of the real plane, I am glad that I picked up the Eduard kit when it came out.

I for one would be interested in a side by side build series, given the cost here in NZ Academy tends to be slightly cheaper so I'd take that into consideration and given I've built 3 of the 1/48 Phantoms my vote is goes to Academy. Cheers from NZ🇳🇿 PS are you planning on doing the 1/144 P8 Poseidon? as I really enjoyed the B2 video.

Given that the Eduard kit is about $80.00+/- in my country, TBH, I would prefer the Academy kit as it would retail for between $50 to $60. Yes, the Eduard kit has PE and masks, but so does the Academy one, just not as much. One review I have seen commented that the finesse of the two kits is very close, but Eduard have done some of the raised rivets as sunken, where Academy seems to have all the rivets correctly configured. The seats differ, Eduards is better, but there are resin seats for US Naval planes available from 2 or 3 makers of AM resin. The sprue trees for the Academy kit also have on the ID Tab: "F4F-4/FM1'', indicating that an FM-1 kit is planned. I have the Eduard F4F-3 kit already, and will buy the Academy kit when it is out here.

제가 와일드캣을 잘 몰라 어디가 더 훌륭하게 재현했는지 모르겠지만 고증은 에듀아르드가 비교를 못할 정도로 잘 할 테니 이쪽에 신뢰가 더 갑니다만 보통 사람 눈에서 모형을 보는 거리라면 큰 차이를 못 느낄 것 같아 값으로만 따지면 아카데미에 먼저 손이 갈 듯 하군요.

Eduard hace kits magníficos, pero en mi país por el precio de un Eduard compro dos Academy (que ha mejorado mucho su calidad)

a6m2를 같은 마음으로 비교하며 만들었습니다. 결국은 에듀어드였습니다. 아카데미도 좋은데, 예전보다 정말 좋은데, 완성하고나면 카울부분 뒷부분이 이상하게 어색하더라구요. 튀어나올 곳이 아닌데, 튀어나와있고, 엔진카울이 조금 아래로 처진 느낌. 그리고 아카데미 제로센은 제로센인데 기골보강을 두어차례 받은 듯한 느낌의 제로센입니다. 날렵함 보다는 엄청 단단한 느낌의 제로센.

아카데미 사지마세요. 조립설명서 부실하고 가조립으로 확인 안하면 동체하고 중앙날개조립시 낭패볼수 있읍니다.
