Which Replacement Tuners Will Fit My Guitar?

I now own a Ibanez gio grgr120ex. It's a left handed strung as a rh. I'd love to put locking tuners on

You would need to find the right style of left-handed tuners, using the guidance of this video. In terms of the left-handed strung right-handed complication, you would just need to check if the hole for the string is different for the tuners that fit thinner strings, and if so fit these in the correct arrangement. Also if the tuners are staggered that would complicate it so better to get a non-staggered set.

Please check the dimensioned diagram of these and see if it matches the screw pattern of your bass. There are a few bass tuners that look almost identical but have slightly different screw spacings.
