I enjoyed this item - the presentation and interactive style worked really well - the topic is an important one and it was unbiased and honest - a quite important subject portrayed in a humorous style which made the viewing of it compulsory and also gave information to the viewer. For me the similarities between cookie UK/US depends on texture. Of course a cookie in US is far more broad than what UK considers cookie. I STAY AWAY from any 'choc chip' cookie that isn't gooey and soft tbh, and I've yet to find many gluten free options that aren't soft in texture (my partner/landlord goes gf by choice so I have to buy for him)...I hope someday they will be able to really replicate texture in gf alternatives!
