Warranties don’t work like that. It voids whatever part that you are trying to get warranty work done on that relates to the modification done. If you have lowering springs , they likely won’t do warranty work on your suspension but they will do like your radio. Same thing with a tune. Your engine most definitely will not be worked on but your heated seats or whatever are still good!
