Love this- just one thing- Should have used separate spoons to stir in case of any cross contamination from one drink to the other. I’m trying to decide on syrups to try and this is very helpful

Love that you did this kind of taste test review because I've actually been wondering this myself. Only thing I would love to see is how these would match up with your homemade vanilla syrup and if persons can really tell the difference

To be honest, these commercial syrups somehow have stronger smell which affects the flavour. I use my homemade vanilla syrup for my frappe and smoothies as I do not wish the smell of the main ingredients to be overpowered by these commercial syrups. For coffee lattes, these commercial ones tend to work better. Personally, I prefer the aftertaste of coffee and not the flavour. Can people tell? In terms of taste not really. In terms of smell, yes.

Love this episode! The result is very interesting. I did my test for sugar free vanilla syrup between Torani and Davinci, and Torani came out to be really really good compared to Davinci. Davinci taste bitter and less natural vanilla taste for me. But the result could be different since I’m using sugar free one. Glad that both of these syrups are easy to source here. Your daughter is very pretty and yes, she have resemblance to you ❤️

Monin is nice and thick, has a strong vanilla taste. Torani is watery and no vanilla taste. I haven’t tried DaVinci yet…

Here in Orange County, Costco sells DaVinci Gourmet for about $4.89 a bottle. I bought one last week and I agree with you, if I want my latte sweet, I have to use more than I would with Torani, because is not as sweet. You can really taste the coffee more than the syrup.

I think you should use Monin French Vanilla since you used Torani French Vanilla. Or use Torani Vanilla with this line up. Vanilla and French Vanilla are both different profile as far as taste is concerned.

Hello Vietnam! Yes, if you brew per cup, somehow you would need to use more. I tend to use 1-2 scoops which amount to 10-15g depending on the density of your tea. The same applies to coffee. :-)

During the first sip , coffee taste is the core while vanilla taste should be more to after taste ! Keep on asking the people -> do u taste the vanilla taste ? If u like the vanilla taste so much , just drink the vanilla latte i/o vanilla cafe latte right ? Blind test is good. The people just drank from 1st to the 3rd without even provide the plain water fr so called “wash “ it right ? U can even video it n share it ? Come one !!
