Steady is more useful than they give it credit for. While it does have an assist, its main use is the boost of turn meter when it gives you protection up and retribution

The one thing I dont remember is if veers' lead is an omega. Piett's uniuqe is the most important zeta in the team if so. Having the lead be second place isn't so bad if you have two gold medals
