KARLA........ the home chef hustle is seriously overpowered. you can sell impeccible ambrisoa for almost half a million, if you have the booth boss trait and sell at 500% mark up. but even at lower mark up, to make it challenge, you can make serious money with that booth. its amazing. best pack i ever bought EDIT: also, make a painting club, call over sims, have them paint, sell the painting after they are done, i had a place with like 15 to 20 easels and wouuld just have them crank out paintings till all the easels were full, end gathering, sell them all. do that once a day, gets your social up, club moodlets, lots of money, improves everyones fame etc. thats a great side hustle.

My suggestions: - supersell when harvesting to save time - sell craftables on plopsy - it takes a bit longer to see the money but the payoff is higher! - using the multi-select option in the inventory when selling stuff - get a storage box and put anything in it that you have in your Sims inventory that you don't want to sell it because you didn't use a skill to get it

Try toggling between playing for tips at night, writing after you harvest, making nectar during the day and painting. It might make it go a little faster. I made like $200,000 just from writing and painting. I occasionally fish to fertilize my plants but my books, paintings, and writing songs keep the money coming in consistently. I haven't tried playing for tips yet but I think I might try that. But, I do think if you toggle between skills after your harvest (unless the gardener can harvest for you?) it might help you get there faster. Btw, I'm base game only and just a few mods that aren't CAS stuff lol. Good luck I can't wait to see how you do!

Unless you need the money right away, it's best to sell your painting to "plopsy" where your art value can double when someone buys it. The turnaround is faster than your nectar. Your masterpiece will sell for a lot of money, sometime triple.

Reward traits are great too. The Marketable trait in particular boosts your profit on crafted items. Maybe also flower arrainging? That can be really OP especially if you're using the selling tables.

Quick tip for skill monwy making: Add the flower arrangements table 250.00 purchase price. Then spend 844.00 for orchids after completion and selling it 5-6000. simoleons also begonias are high resale and bird of paradise. All are good, but these bring the highest sale return. Now Disclaimer..after a few times of constantly making the same the selling profit decreases, but it can help get to that million quicker. 😊

Getting books published can be a decent source of passive income, I've had sims get about 2k a day on books. If they're very high quality and you use the other publishing options (i forget but theres one option thats like "publish to literary journal" or something) you can make a pretty solid amount of cash each day

My sim would super sell her garden and make 30K in one go. She had spliced money fruit onto a few apple trees. Birds of paradise and dragon fruit are high earners. Also making nectar, you can have the bottles sit and appreciate into a few thousand dollars each. Selling paintings using the sale board made my sim really rich too. Every sim has a painting style they are best at so can earn money on it. My artist sim was talented in surrealism paintings and it was worth wayy more than the other kinds, even at lower levels

Another you can do once you get a bit of money and maybe grow flowers is you can do flower arranging and sell them on the yard sale tables with 300% mark up and get 1000s of simolions

Selling outfits on trendy by spam hyping the outfit until it's fire you could sell it for upwards of the max amount of money in the game. I also like using the juice fizzing station by selling dragon fruit seltzer and grimbucha on the selling table for a 300% markup. Nectar making once finely aged is quick cash too. Also selling pastries to the bakery from the cupcake machine using the baking skill is good too with a maxed baking skill.

I believe you make 20,000 a day when you worked on everything instead of starting with the skills and starting the tasks. Working on your skills while creating things will bring their income in over time so that when she maxed out everything, you have money coming from so many different avenues. Writing books, songs, creating games, apps, creating tracks on the music station will bring the passive income. Then painting, gardening, creating and selling rockets, woodworks and vases of flowers could be the rest of your income. It's actually quite fun lol.

I created my own version of the rags to riches challenge where my sim starts with no money and all of her skills maxed out. I start my sim on an empty lot with a value of 2000 simoleons or less. Cheats and mods are allowed provided that they aren't used to give your sim money. And the game be a starter game with custom sims and menus. So, I can do this challenge with my normal game rather than needing to do with with a new game. So, much better venues and background characters. But my household is just one sim for the challenge. At the end, I'm required to have 1,000,000 simoleons and a home worth at least 100,000 simoleons. Under my rules, you can't get loans from other sims or transfer money from other households. But you are free to make money pretty much any other way you want. As for the best ways to make money. It depends a little on your rules and if any cheats are allowed. But the UFO plants are about the most profitable. If you can use the buy/build mode cheat, you can get some seeds that way. Otherwise, you can find them growing at festivals or can sometimes get them as a reward when using a rocket to space travel. And there are some other high value plants worth considering. And evolving plants increases their value. To get to 1,000,000 simoleons, you have two basic options. A successful retail store or gardening with high value plants. But your first goal is to get 20,000 or 30,000 simoleons to use as seed money for other business ventures. You can do that with freelance writing or painting. Don't waste your time with publishing. But your biggest problem right now is that you have the attention span of a goldfish. You need to stick with something to make money. Make a bunch of paintings or write a bunch of books for instance. To deal with your needs better, you can complete aspirations to earn satisfaction points. Those can be used to buy traits. Some of which eliminate your needs. The Needs No One trait eliminates the social need, for instance.

My Sim have only 2 skills not maxed out : Veterinarian (level 6) and oboe (just installed the mod it comes with). Her last payout for her investments was over §10 000 000. Yes, I have a mod that allow my Sims to have more than §10 000 000. Up to §400 Billions to be exact... Don't have any money, but have a computer ? Write a few books, publish them, get daily income. Have any musical instrument ? Compose something and publish for another daily income. Have the video production deck ? Make and publish some videos. Sparkling fishing spot are magic. Better catches, higher chances of getting interesting things, like plants to plant, upgrade parts and even good musical instruments. Harvest fest... Calm those gnomes, collect seasonal seed packets. Cheaper that hiring a gardener : Get Patchy, befriend him, watch him tend the garden. For FREE !

Try doing the clothes trend and writing books as your next jobs to do for money. my sim mad over a million doing the clothing trend and writing books. Fastest way to make money is the clothing trend, do the trend and put any amount of money on the outfit and then try to sell it.

An easy way to become a millionaire in the sims is to only grow dragon fruit, like have a whole ass field of it, and sell it. I've gotten over a 100K by just selling a few of those things for a sims' month. So, if you're goal is to be an millionaire the easy way, go the dragon fruit way
