Yay someone else in Arkansas who’s does whips! Also what material is the popper made out of? I’ve been trying to mix shiny gold ribbon with the plastic ribbon with my Kevlar crackers to try to get a little extra flair and pop so far I’ve had them all break after about three or four cracks the Kevlar stays, but the ribbon itself destroys itself after what I feel like sounds like a 22 going off

I was once taken into the woids on an unseasonably warm early October day and tied between two trees and given 370 lashes with a single tailed whip. (It was just after my 37th birthday so how appropriate)... Yes, three hundred seventy, and barely a drop of blood!!! Now, my top said that he was using a Texas "bullwhip" but I strongly suspect it was not a full-length bullwhip like the one you're cracking in this video or the Indiana Jones whip. The whipping DID hurt but it was also exhilarating and it made me feel alive and manly for having taken such a "punishment" for the purpose of "instilling discipline" into me. Overall, I found it extremely therapeutic, especially as it did not result in any serious harm or injury... It was just a real good old-fashioned country whipping!!! 🔥💯❤️

Not sure if you fly fish or not but as for a tapered cracker , dry fly anglers could not do better than a ferraled leader. You can use the same concept to make tapered crackers just make a miniature ferraling board & may I suggest Spyder Wire fishing line as your material. It is pure dyneema fiber which is more than twice as strong as Kevlar ( dyneema is 15× stronger than steel , Kevlar is 7× stronger than steel) . You can beat the shit out of dyneema popper and it just laughs, throw a few knots along the length and you've got a can cutter
