4 oz Cream Cheese
4 Oz Chopped Spinach
1/4 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Olive Oil
1 Tsp Old Bay
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
A Pinch Of Salt & Pepper

Depending on the size of your Salmon, you may have to place it in the oven for a few minutes at 400 degrees F to make sure it is fully cooked after pan searing.
