whipped honey pumpkin spice dalgona coffee

pumpkin spice dalgona coffee - whipped honey edition! if you like pumpkin spice, dalgona coffee, and whipped honey, you have to try this PSL dalgona! it’s dairy free and refined sugar free and so easy to make.
ingredients:
•2 tbsp instant coffee
•2 tbsp boiling water
•1-2 tbsp raw honey (the dalgona mixture will be stiffer/fluffier with only 1 tbsp honey)
•1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
•1 cup non-dairy milk
•ice cubes
instructions:
1. add the instant coffee, hot water, honey, and pumpkin spice to a glass and froth using a hand frother for several minutes, until stiff and voluminous (using a hand mixer and bowl might also work if you don’t have a hand frother but I would double the recipe if doing that).
2. add some ice cubes and non-dairy milk to a separate glass and top with the pumpkin spice dalgona mixture then stir everything together and enjoy! feel free to add more honey or pumpkin spice if desired.
