No one hates doing that. How about instead of all these amazing "innovations", Whirlpool just makes a normal washing machine that works properly.

I had the same issue as Mike & Diane when my machine was new. I also had other issues & my machine was replaced. It developed the same problem again.. It took several visits & parts from service to rectify. Now It seems like the dispenser is going through detergent very quickly. May need another service call....ugh!

Old video but has anyone had any issue withbthe soap dispenser getting water into it after a load was washed? Mine is getting water in the dispenser even after one cycle...... please help

Mike Kobb, I have the identical problem - and it's been repaired once already (completely replacing the dispenser). Now it's happening again, just a few months later.

Everything is total crap. Top loaders rule. Tubs don't leak . They don't have all these issues. Pay out the ass for the latest and greatest and it doesn't even last past the warranty period and it's designed and built by companies that have decades of manufacturing experience . I want my old rattle trap back . 20 years of great service . Caved in on a 1200 dollar machine and look at this crap. It's pathetic what we allow in our homes these days .
