Wonderful. Suspected our Dispenser issue was with the board after replacing the dispenser, and still not working. Now I know. Great video.

Your motor resistance calculation was wrong due to the capacitor. You should be able to measure the series resistance across the capacitor leads. Beware DANGER, an open circuit motor will result in a fully charged capacitor. They bite I know this.
