Fun fact: eggs are about 2 oz. 1oz of yolk, 1oz of white. So 2 oz egg whites is just 2 egg white. You don't need to measure them.

Hmm. Maybe the pineapple juice being so yellow made it a bit green. They could have fresh juice or a bottled juice not from concentrate. Also, you really have to shake the crap out of cream of coco in the can before using it for anything. Maybe it still might've needed a stir, but that also had a little yellow to it. Idk it's a piňa colada with curaçao end of the day.
