If you’ll take the time to notice, this song makes every southerner feel the same way. Which should be all you need to know about how tight knit we are. From Texas to Florida, you won’t find a southerner that won’t stand up for another southerner. We’re set in our ways and we like where those ways are sittin. But we’re also kind, generous people and we’ll turn no one away who’s in need. A stranger is always welcome at our table

This reminds me of my mawmaw who's 91 still in that kitchen, my pawpaw that passed away back in 2011 and that Bible on the dinner table. God Bless Texas...Shout out Temple Texas and those dirt roads we were raised on.
