An interesting challenge that I really enjoyed exploring the logic of. My time today was 28:48, solver number 336. Edit to add: I labeled the adjoining cells with green German whisper lines, then used those to help me remember the rule. I somehow skipped the line between r7c4 and r7c5, so I didn't end up using the rule for those two cells. I still found the right answer but I bet that made it a lot more complicated than it needed to be.

I made a stupid mistake early on and broke the puzzle, so I decided to just watch the solve. My stupid mistake was assuming the cages had only high and/or low and forgetting 5 is a possibility.
