My dear friend, I cannot put in words how much I appreciate your work. I used to take hours to be able to sleep and have a very light sleep, which would only allow me to sleep 4 or 5 hours per day everyday. I was so exhausted all the time, until I found your channel. I was watching a lec before this at 2x speed and played this. After watching half the video i realized i was watching this at 2x as well. This shows how gentle u really are with the way u talk and everything that even at 2x it was gentle and slow to me.
