So here we are, the final installment of the second volume of Sudrian Stories From Hell (and possibly of the entire series, I don’t know if this is coming back next year, it’s been a lot of work and I can’t guarantee I’ll have time again next year to work on it!) Would like to give a huge thanks to my cast and crew for helping me out this year, especially Ryan, whom I co-wrote this story with. Had a good time working on it, and if this does turn out to be the final SSFH installment ever, I think we’re ending on a pretty high note. The volume 2 compilation should be dropping on Halloween, which will officially conclude the second volume.
I would also like to take a moment to thank you, the viewer, for everything. This series has been a home run success for the second year in a row and I really am grateful for that. To everyone who’s enjoyed my Halloween stories, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. I’m so lucky to have such an amazing fanbase, you guys should be proud! I would also like to again thank you all for 10k subs. That’s an insane number, the fact there’s that many people who enjoy my stuff enough to subscribe is still mind boggling to me. I want to do something to celebrate it, most likely a video, I haven't decided what yet though. I'll keep you guys posted in that regard. In general, just a huge round of thank yous all across the board. Mysterious engines chanting unknown languages, an innocent engine being framed by a phantom saboteur and Edward being confronted by a posse of chanters with a man looking EXACTLY like Stanley's stalker and hearing the exact same unknown language the Yellow Engine was muttering. What the heck is going on here in Sodor this time around? Although Arry and Bailey seem to know about this occurrence, we might have a few connections and a disturbing fact in this video. According to TTTE wiki Fandom, the town of Killdane's name is derived from the phrase "Keeil-y-Deighan", which is Sudric for.... T H E C H U R C H O F T H E D E V I L

Oh boy. Looks like the yellow engine's posse has grown significantly. We can tell via the whispering. Strange how he didn't make an appearance this time, but this is a standard gauged tale, so it makes sense. I guess he just sent in his lackeys to do the work for him. And who was that lurking behind Old Bailey at the end? Is it the grand return of the Boxford Loop Axeman, or someone else entirely? That said, looks like Old Bailey's got himself some secrets too. I'm sure whoever he was talking to will be revealed someday, perhaps next October. All in all, great episode. Really makes you wonder what the future might bring.

I liked this season/volume of Sudrian Stories From Hell. My only complaints of these newer episodes would be that this final episode is too short and that there is too much vagueness or ambiguity and not enough payoff like there was in the first volume.

Well this last one here is really something. Looks like something very ominous is happening in fhe background. Who could those "people" be? What does Arry know that Edward doesn't know? Who could Old Bailey be talking to there? And what happened to Edward's crew there? So many questions left unanswered. Who knows what's happening here? If you feel like the series is too much work, maybe just make two or even one next year, hopefully a follow-up to this, as I'd love to know what's happening. I also love Edward not being the expert on everything supernatural on Sodor, as that's become a major cliche when it comes to Sodor horror tales.

I like the idea that Edward knows a thing or two from the main line and the various rails he frequented during his time. But with the smaller engines and narrow gages he only has what he overheard or asked from the engines on their respective lines. I believe duke would be the narrow gage line expert and "Bert" Of the mini gage engines.

There are several theories about Stanley and Smudger's fates. One is how the latter got bought by a Japanese railway, rebuilt and became a hero when he helped push Leader locomotive number 36002 from a Chinese scrapyard to safety on his new line - similar to Douglas's heroic action in Escape helping Oliver and his rolling stock such as Toad avoid scrapping. But then some would say both Stanley and Smudger got buried alive after the Mid Sodor closed. They're probably still there underneath all that digusting clay/rock. I suspect Smudger's hypothetical new home must nonetheless be a dual gauge line because a Leader locomotive would be much bigger than him obviously

Really loving this year's Sudrian Stories from Hell, I wonder if they're all intended to be connected somehow? The Yellow Engine's chanting has been consistent with every episode after so it does make me wonder. I know this isn't fully related to the story either but I always like it when people take a more "toned down" approach to the Iron Works twins and give them a more caring side too. Wether they're only kind to Edward (as it's hard to not respect him) or the fact they now understand even they are replaceable at any moment I do like them not being as aggressive. Its nice to think they've kind of gotten their comeuppance and no longer give the Sodor steam engine's as much trouble, just some silly jests here and there rather than outright threats of scrap.
