NO. it’s absolutely okay to show emotion, especially with something as valuable as a specific vehicle to a CAR GUY. seth is strong, no doubt about it, but since this got uploaded, i wish he had shown at least a little more emotion. anyone who sees this can tell that that situation would’ve put him into therapy if he were more accepting him f his emotions. therapy is a beautiful thing, and all of our distractions in our current day and age due to capitalism have condensed all our emotions into the category, “emotion” and for men, that category is supposed to be inaccessible, which is by no means how anyone, let alone men with lots of testosterone, should experience their inner feelings. any good soul can appreciate a good, kind man. but there’s a huge difference between a good kind man and a man that’s severely disconnected from the real word which includes emotion. animals portray emotion for gods sake, how have we convinced those who are “supposed to provide for us” that they are expected to be emotionless robots that don’t experience anything for themselves.

I still got my first car, it’s a 2001 Malibu that my momma got back in 2012 and handed it down to me in 2016. But even before that my great uncle who we got it from bought it new. If someone crushed that car like that I would be so heartbroken. Even if you gave me a brand new car I don’t want a brand new car. I want my Malibu, that’s why I still drive it and cherish it the way I do. It’s literally a $500 car but It has infinite sentimental value. All I’m saying is sometimes it’s not about having something new and nice. Good video though.

When Cody said “i hope it’s not super sentimental like it was his grandpas truck or something” that right there is what would stop me from doing that. He did a great thing I guess and it all worked out good in the end, but doing that just kinda feels like an invasion of privacy and kinda over the line. A reason someone might drive an old hunk of junk like that could easily be for sentimental reasons. Glad it all worked out good but I hope the employee isn’t secretly dying inside.
