big thanks for the content very informative and helpful. I recall seeing in the vid from around a month ago Raul was not running Branded fusion instead using more mudraogn and maximus. Was that just to highlight the white woods possibilities or is a version of this with out using any fusion locking spells viable/advisable?

Been trying to mix white woods with Shaddolls, since I need to keep up the meme of me being the only Shaddoll duelist at my locals🤣 But Branded with WW seems super interesting Especially since it is 50 cards now... I could cook with some dolls just to put them in🤣

How does branded opening work? It locks you into fusions.

I have a question, so how could this deck play around Ash, the combo is basically if ur BraFu get Ash, u don’t have the access to those Branded s/t and the Dragons to go into Dis Pater next turn, and also much weaker board than pure Branded, since Branded can still play around Ash cuz we still have high spirit, Grang to get access to Red and a much stronger engine than Synchro Whitewood. Also, this deck profile has lots of bricks no? Regain, Etude, Beast, WW trap, Bystial aluber. I genuinely think this deck still need lots of improvement before testing out. Appreciate ur vid tho, cuz it’s a new approach to Branded, and i hope u can show us some gameplays later.

Ash does suck, I have debated on running radir or thrust for it but for right now this is the build I uploaded. Not a solved build by any means. Gameplays will come.

5:15 i hate to be "that person" but you can't make Dis Pater or Luluwalilith on your opponent's turn with Woes. You can only synchro summon a "White Forest" synchro with the 2nd effect

To be fair I said you can synchro on your opponents turn which branded etude let's you make both dis pater and lulu :)

@@MetaGamesGX that is true, though you need a dragon to make Dis Pater since he specifically wants a non tuner dragon Lulu is much easier, but for Dis Pater you'd need Saronir or magnamut together with Silvy or Ricia

Woes can only summon white wood synchros. Synchos like dispater are illigal plays

@@MetaGamesGX just wanted to mention it, bc you said it during the profile. overall i like the concept of synchro branded, the video itself has some flaws in terms of deckprofile and combo lines. wish you the best of luck in the future

I really like the white forest cards and I‘d like to play the deck but I just can‘t afford them. A playset of Astellar, Elzette and Tales is at about 200€ right now which is just ridiculous…

@Timme yeah for sure. You just adjust the ratios down a bit keep the etude have a trap have a spell or 2 and the 1 and 1 will work just fine. The combos show it mostly branded stuff with white woods being setup. You'll just see less of those lines in that case run puppet / sanc

I cant activate woes? Now that is just a bad comment. You can use etude and beast to clear your board up lol.

@@MetaGamesGX yeah but atm you can’t, if they get rid of etude and/or beast, you have a dead woes and you have to wait for them to break your board a bit before you can resolve it. BUT, that variant is really interesting, do you think there are some combo lines where you get to do synchro stuff in your turn?
