This is true , I can confirm it as I have been to Benin republic. The man President Talon is a true transformative leader. He has brought infrastructural tsunami to that country and some measure of law and order especially in the law enforcement agencies. But alot still needs to be done especially in other sectors and social freedom .

President Talon did not take power by force and governed well before Traore. So stop thinking about any Traore effect. Talon transformed Benin even though Benin has no natural resources. Many thinking only of their bellies and nostalgic for free food without suffering without working, will say that Talon does nothing. Yet he transformed the country.
