See a lot of people confused on why Daniel looks younger here than in Cobra Kai, but they already confirmed that this movie takes place after the events of Cobra Kai. So that's just Ralph Machio's impeccable genes where it seems like he's getting younger even though he's 60 something years old lol.

False about the kick being illegal because Johnny also got a point kicking someone in the head in a match before Daniel btw. Dutch also kicked Daniel in the face and got a point. What was illegal was punches to the face. I swear this ONE misunderstanding to the lore and every Johnny worshipper inside the series and out wanna be crying fowl on the Crane Kick. Also, if it was illegal, Miguel should NOT have gotten his first point using the Crane Kick since Season 1’s All Valley was using the same rules as the All Valley from 1984. The kick to the face became illegal in 1985… in Karate Kid 3, which might be why this confusion happened.

It will be great if in the final episodes of cobra kai we get to see a little of kung fu. Which is the lead up to this movie. Or sensei han witnesses a character use miyagi-do techniques in a after credits scene which he recognizes and begins his search in looking for the master.

I love the karate kid with Jaden smith more than the original just cause it resonated more to me as a kid. So cool that Jackie chans character is returning. I really like the look and feel of this movie. I want Spider-Man to be fighting like the kid with the ladder😂. Excited for white lotus as well. Didn’t expect to like season 2 as much as i did skipping the first one.
